【摘要】：在中國城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)背景下,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有研究成果,利用中國35個大中城市數(shù)據(jù)和動態(tài)面板回歸技術(shù),對商品住房價格在城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)中的評價功能進行了分析,并進行了實證檢驗。結(jié)果顯示:城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資規(guī)模和城市商品住房邊際價格之間的關(guān)系并不顯著;城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資的住房資本化效應(yīng)并不明顯;房價對城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的評價功能受限。
[Abstract]:Under the background of urban infrastructure construction in China, the evaluation function of commodity housing price in urban infrastructure construction is analyzed by using the data of 35 large and medium cities and dynamic panel regression technology. The results show that the relationship between the scale of urban infrastructure investment and the marginal price of urban commodity housing is not significant, and the housing capitalization effect of urban infrastructure investment is not obvious. The evaluation function of house price on urban infrastructure construction is limited.
