【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和人民生活水平提升,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展,同時帶來住宅裝修行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展。目前裝修建材行業(yè)從業(yè)多為小企業(yè),離散度較高,市場準入門檻低,惡性競爭嚴重,物料配送過程存在著物料質量不合格、不能預知物料需求時間、現(xiàn)場物料使用不規(guī)范以及無法形成裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化的規(guī)模效應等亟需解決的問題。 本文分析了樓盤團裝修物料配送流程以及流程相關功能模塊和角色權限,分析了樓盤團裝修物料配送管控系統(tǒng)的需求,提出基于物料信息的模塊化配送方案以及系統(tǒng)的總體設計方案,并研究了物料模塊化配置、物料配送批量合并、物料模塊編碼等實現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)的幾個主要技術。此外還詳細介紹了該原型系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程,并結合實際運行結果進行評價。本文提出的系統(tǒng)及相關的研究工作對于搭建樓盤團裝修物料配送管控平臺,實現(xiàn)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化裝修物料配送管控具有現(xiàn)實和應用推廣意義。 第一章分析了住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化以及建筑物料配送的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結闡述樓盤團裝修物料配送管控的潛在需求及現(xiàn)實意義,在此基礎上提出本文的研究總體框架和內容。 第二章分析了樓盤團裝修物料配送過程及存在問題,提出了基于物料信息驅動的模塊化配送方案。闡述樓盤團裝修物料配送管控系統(tǒng)的必要性,分析并研究了系統(tǒng)的功能需求、數(shù)據(jù)需求,并以流程圖、數(shù)據(jù)流圖、E-R圖并等對分析結果進行直觀描述,最后提出系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的主要技術。 第三章詳細分析了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的關鍵技術。首先對裝修物料進行模塊化配置分析,然后運用編碼技術對物料模塊以及配送指令進行數(shù)據(jù)處理,在此基礎上得到施工現(xiàn)場單元物料需求計劃以及供應商物料配送批次合并情況。 第四章介紹并闡述本課題已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)的原型系統(tǒng),詳細介紹各個功能模塊的運行實例,并對原型系統(tǒng)給出評價。 第五章對本論文所做的研究工作進行總結,并對后續(xù)研究進行展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the social economy and the improvement of people ' s living standards , the real estate industry is booming , meanwhile , the rapid development of the residential decoration industry is brought . At present , the renovation and building materials industry has a lot of small enterprises , the dispersion degree is high , the market access threshold is low , the vicious competition is serious , the material distribution process has the problems that the material quality is not qualified , the material demand time cannot be predicted , the use of the field materials is not standardized , and the scale effect of the decoration industrialization cannot be formed .
This paper analyzes the material distribution process and the process related function module and role permission of the building panel , analyzes the requirements of the system for the distribution and control of the material distribution and control system of the building , and puts forward several main technologies for realizing the system based on the material information , the batch combination of material distribution and the code of material module .
In the first chapter , the present situation of housing decoration industrialization and the research status of building material distribution are analyzed , and the potential demand and realistic significance of the distribution and control of decoration materials in the building are summarized , and the general framework and content of the research are put forward .
In the second chapter , the article analyzes the distribution process and existing problems of the decoration materials of the building , and puts forward the modularization distribution scheme based on the material information driving . The necessity , the data demand and the functional requirements and data requirements of the system are analyzed and studied . The analysis results are directly described by the flow chart , the data flow chart , the E - R diagram and the like . Finally , the main technology of the system implementation is put forward .
In chapter 3 , the key technology of the system realization is analyzed in detail . Firstly , the modularization configuration analysis of the decoration materials is carried out , then the material module and the distribution instruction are processed by using the coding technology , and then the material demand plan of the construction site unit and the combination of the supplier material distribution batches are obtained .
The fourth chapter introduces and expounds the prototype system which has been realized in this project , introduces the running instance of each function module in detail , and gives the evaluation to the prototype system .
The fifth chapter summarizes the research work done in this thesis , and looks forward to the follow - up study .
