【摘要】:公平補(bǔ)償是房地產(chǎn)征收補(bǔ)償?shù)暮诵脑瓌t,化解房地產(chǎn)征收補(bǔ)償極端爭(zhēng)議的有效途徑是尋找關(guān)聯(lián)主體一致認(rèn)同的公平均衡.將尋利公平、損失規(guī)避和參考依賴三種行為偏好集合于同一分析框架構(gòu)建的多維公平均衡能有效推動(dòng)關(guān)聯(lián)主體公平信念判斷的一致性轉(zhuǎn)變.房地產(chǎn)征收補(bǔ)償?shù)腡OPSIS多維公平均衡評(píng)價(jià)視尋利公平、損失規(guī)避和參考依賴為判斷房地產(chǎn)征收項(xiàng)目是否公平補(bǔ)償?shù)娜齻(gè)評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)則,視不同的策略組合為評(píng)價(jià)方案,構(gòu)建多維公平博弈矩陣,采用TOPSIS法排序,得出多維公平博弈均衡解.案例分析證明多維公平均衡能有效推動(dòng)關(guān)聯(lián)主體公平信念判斷的一致性轉(zhuǎn)變,房地產(chǎn)征收補(bǔ)償極端爭(zhēng)議得以化解.
[Abstract]:Fair compensation is the core principle of real estate expropriation and compensation. The multi-dimensional fair equilibrium constructed by loss aversion and reference-dependent behavior preference set in the same analytical framework can effectively promote the consistency change of the fairness belief judgment of the relevant subject. The TOPSIS Multidimensional Fair equilibrium of Real Estate expropriation compensation. The evaluation regards profit seeking as fair, Loss avoidance and reference dependence are three evaluation criteria for judging whether real estate expropriation projects are fairly compensated or not. Different strategies are considered as evaluation schemes, multi-dimensional fair game matrix is constructed, and TOPSIS method is used to sort. The case study proves that multidimensional fair equilibrium can effectively promote the consistency change of the judgment of the fairness belief of the related subject, and the extreme dispute of real estate expropriation and compensation can be resolved.
