【摘要】：WG公司作為一家地方性政府投融資平臺(tái)企業(yè),在為高新區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)的同時(shí),公司本身也在各方面取得了優(yōu)異的成績。但是由于近年來國家主要財(cái)政機(jī)關(guān)針對(duì)地方政府投融資平臺(tái)企業(yè)的政策緊縮和嚴(yán)格管理,企業(yè)的發(fā)展還是受到了一定的影響,融資工作也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。本文對(duì)企業(yè)融資的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的總結(jié),結(jié)合國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究成果,采取理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的探索方法,對(duì)WG公司融資策略作了深入的探討。研究過程中,首先對(duì)WG公司的整體現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行走訪調(diào)查并獲取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及資料,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)公司所處融資環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的探討,指出了公司在融資方面有行業(yè)和地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)勢,但更有決策受制于政府、過度依賴銀行貸款籌資、公司結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置不合理、公司財(cái)務(wù)狀況不穩(wěn)定等方面的劣勢,并在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出適合WG公司的新的融資方法:內(nèi)源融資方面WG公司可以選擇盈余公積融資、變賣閑置資產(chǎn)融資的方式,在內(nèi)源融資無法滿足時(shí),可以考慮銀行貸款展期、貸款型房地產(chǎn)投資信托、非金融企業(yè)債務(wù)融資工具。同時(shí),為使這些融資策略得到順利落實(shí),公司的治理結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營模式和制度建設(shè)都需要采取相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化措施,作者最后對(duì)需要優(yōu)化的各方面措施進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的總結(jié)。旨在通過本篇論文的探討來解決WG的融資難題,并為企業(yè)融資理論提供相關(guān)案例參考。
[Abstract]:WG Company, as a local government investment and financing platform, has made positive contributions to the economic development of high-tech zones at the same time, The company itself has also made outstanding achievements in various fields. However, due to the tightening and strict management of the policies of the state's main financial organs for local government investment and financing platform enterprises in recent years, the development of the enterprises has been affected to a certain extent. Financing work is also facing a severe test. This paper summarizes the current research situation of enterprise financing in detail, combines the relevant research results at home and abroad, and adopts the exploration method of combining theory with practice. The financing strategy of WG Company is deeply discussed. In the course of the research, the whole situation of WG Company is first investigated and relevant data and information are obtained, and on this basis, the financing environment of WG Company is discussed in detail. The paper points out that the company has the advantages of industry and local economy in financing, but the decision-making is restricted by the government, it is excessively dependent on bank loans to raise funds, the structure of the company is not reasonable, the financial situation of the company is unstable, and so on. On the basis of the above analysis, a new financing method suitable for WG company is put forward. In terms of endogenous financing, WG company can choose surplus reserve financing, sell idle assets to finance, when internal financing can not be satisfied. We can consider the extension of bank loans, loan-type real estate investment trusts, non-financial enterprise debt financing instruments. At the same time, in order for these financing strategies to be successfully implemented, the corporate governance structure, In order to solve the financing problem of WG, the author summarizes the various measures that need to be optimized in order to solve the financing problem of WG through the discussion of this paper. And provides the relevant case reference for the enterprise financing theory.
