基于精益生產(chǎn)理論的A企業(yè)廳門生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善研究

【摘要】:最近幾年,中國(guó)大陸經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,特別是基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)和房地產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)空前發(fā)展,在加快我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的同時(shí),也導(dǎo)致我國(guó)電梯需求量越來越大。當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來越激烈,國(guó)際上具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的外資電梯公司先后進(jìn)入中國(guó)。A企業(yè)也是從事電梯生產(chǎn)的佼佼者,在這種激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的背景下,保持領(lǐng)先地位就必須在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的前提下持續(xù)地科學(xué)地降低產(chǎn)品成本提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。另一方面, A企業(yè)全球約有20多家分公司,由于發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的變動(dòng),韓國(guó)分公司即將在2013關(guān)閉,市場(chǎng)陸續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)向中國(guó)市場(chǎng),所以從明年開始A企業(yè)的產(chǎn)量就會(huì)有很大的提升。未來的一年里車間的生產(chǎn)能力面臨極大的考驗(yàn),所以必須提高生產(chǎn)效率來滿足客戶的需求節(jié)拍。為了不斷降低成本提高質(zhì)量,精益生產(chǎn)的理論和方法正在被A企業(yè)廣泛認(rèn)可和采用。本課題源于該企業(yè)的一條廳門生產(chǎn)線的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改進(jìn)。 本文基于精益生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),以A公司的廳門生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行一系列的分析研究,系統(tǒng)地論述了A公司對(duì)廳門生產(chǎn)線的持續(xù)改善活動(dòng),采用價(jià)值流程圖分析,,文獻(xiàn)研究法,模擬法、案例研究方法,在提高生產(chǎn)效率的同時(shí)節(jié)省了大量的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用面積,縮短了電梯廳門的制造周期,消除了制造過程中大量的浪費(fèi),從而使A企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品獲得更多的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 對(duì)于實(shí)施廳門現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善的過程中遇到的一些實(shí)際問題,本項(xiàng)目收集了有關(guān)的資料及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過對(duì)廳門的加工工藝流程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)分析、布局調(diào)整、價(jià)值流圖等深入研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了提高生產(chǎn)效率,減少序間庫(kù)存,降低產(chǎn)品成本的目的。強(qiáng)調(diào)了企業(yè)實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)不能生搬硬套,應(yīng)根據(jù)自身的實(shí)際情況靈活運(yùn)用精益知識(shí)和工業(yè)工程的知識(shí)。本次改善對(duì)A公司以及同類制造企業(yè)在實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善的活動(dòng)起到了一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economic construction in mainland China has continued to develop at a high speed, especially the unprecedented development of infrastructure and real estate industries. While speeding up the process of urbanization in China, It also leads to the increasing demand for elevators in our country. At present, the market competition is becoming more and more intense. The international competitive foreign elevator companies have entered China's .A enterprises successively and are also the best ones engaged in elevator production. Under the background of this fierce competition, To maintain the leading position, we must continuously and scientifically reduce the product cost and improve the product quality on the premise of ensuring the product quality. On the other hand, Enterprise A has about 20 branches around the world, because of the change in development strategy. The Korean branch will close in 2013, and the market will turn to the Chinese market one after another, so starting from next year, the production of Enterprise A will be greatly improved. In the coming year, the production capacity of the workshop will face a great test. So we must improve the production efficiency to meet the needs of customers. In order to continuously reduce the cost and improve the quality, The theory and method of lean production is being widely accepted and adopted by Enterprise A. this topic originates from the field improvement of a hall door production line in this enterprise. Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of lean production, this paper makes a series of analysis and research on the field improvement of A company's hall door production line, and systematically discusses the continuous improvement activities of A company to the hall door production line. Value flow chart analysis, literature research, simulation and case study are used to improve the production efficiency and save a lot of area in the field, shorten the manufacturing cycle of the elevator door, and eliminate a large amount of waste in the manufacturing process. As a result, A enterprise products to obtain more competitive advantage. For some practical problems encountered in the process of implementing the on-site improvement of the hall door, the project has collected relevant information and relevant experience, and through in-depth research on the processing process, standard operation analysis, layout adjustment, value flow chart, etc., of the hall door, The purpose of improving production efficiency, reducing stock between orders and reducing product cost is realized. Lean knowledge and industrial engineering knowledge should be used flexibly according to the actual situation. This improvement has a certain guiding significance for company A and similar manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of Lean production site improvement activities.
