【摘要】:本設(shè)計針對深入房地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域方向的VI視覺識別設(shè)計與應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究。首先通過研究現(xiàn)階段房地產(chǎn)的發(fā)展來強調(diào)VI視覺識別設(shè)計對于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)品的銷售的重要性。 在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,企業(yè)的首要任務(wù)是研究經(jīng)營之道,獲取經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,但同時還要注意培養(yǎng)和塑造企業(yè)的社會公眾形象。塑造企業(yè)良好的形象不僅有助于消費者的認(rèn)可和信賴,也是一個健康成熟企業(yè)的重要標(biāo)志。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益多元化,人們也開始更加注重公司形象設(shè)計的重要性。VI視覺識別系統(tǒng)作為最直觀、最實際、最具有傳播力和感染力的部分,將企業(yè)標(biāo)志等基本要素,用強力方針及管理系統(tǒng)有效地延展,形成企業(yè)固有的視覺形象,透過視覺符號的設(shè)計統(tǒng)一化來傳達(dá)企業(yè)精神與經(jīng)營理念,有效地推廣企業(yè)及其產(chǎn)品的知名度和形象。 本設(shè)計結(jié)合VI設(shè)計中存在的問題進(jìn)行討論,以VI系統(tǒng)與地產(chǎn)為研究主線,探討中國VI設(shè)計中缺少的重要要素,提出針對國內(nèi)VI設(shè)計現(xiàn)狀的改進(jìn)方案。文中以兆順地產(chǎn)公司企業(yè)理念及營銷策略為切入點,搜集多方元素,結(jié)合VI設(shè)計的基本原則,借助計算機輔助設(shè)計的相關(guān)軟件,進(jìn)行兆順地產(chǎn)公司VI設(shè)計,從而進(jìn)一步說明在企業(yè)產(chǎn)品依靠品牌營銷的今天,VI設(shè)計對企業(yè)品牌戰(zhàn)略有著重要的地位和作用。
[Abstract]:This design focuses on the design and application of VI vision recognition in the field of real estate. Firstly, it emphasizes the importance of VI visual recognition design for the development of real estate enterprises and the sale of products through the study of the development of real estate at the present stage. Under the condition of market economy, the primary task of enterprises is to study the way of operation and to obtain economic benefits. But at the same time, we should also pay attention to cultivating and shaping the social public image of enterprises. Creating a good image of enterprises is not only conducive to the recognition and trust of consumers, but also an important symbol of a healthy and mature enterprise. With the increasing diversification of the economy, People also began to pay more attention to the importance of corporate image design. VI visual identification system as the most intuitive, most practical, the most transmitting and infectious part, the enterprise logo and other basic elements, with a strong policy and management system to effectively extend, Form the inherent visual image of the enterprise, through the unified design of visual symbols to convey the spirit of the enterprise and business philosophy, effectively promote the visibility and image of the enterprise and its products. This design combines with the problems existing in VI design to discuss the main line of VI system and real estate, and discusses the important elements of VI design in China. This paper puts forward an improvement scheme for the present situation of VI design in China. In this paper, the enterprise concept and marketing strategy of Zhaoshun Real Estate Company are taken as the breakthrough point, and various elements are collected, combined with the basic principles of VI design, and the relevant software of computer-aided design is used. The VI design of Zhaoshun Real Estate Company is carried out, which further shows that the VI design plays an important role in the enterprise brand strategy when the enterprise products depend on the brand marketing.
