【摘要】:截止目前,對(duì)于橫向供應(yīng)鏈、縱向供應(yīng)鏈的理論基礎(chǔ)研究已經(jīng)很完善,通過(guò)各種技術(shù)和方法實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同效率的研究也取得了一定的成果。但是在眾多研究中幾乎沒(méi)有一種有效的技術(shù)方法將橫向和縱向供應(yīng)鏈交叉結(jié)合,從而使得企業(yè)獲得更全面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),增效供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同績(jī)效。從行業(yè)應(yīng)用來(lái)看,將橫向和縱向供應(yīng)鏈管理應(yīng)用到房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的研究甚少。從管理技術(shù)來(lái)看,尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程管理方法和技術(shù)應(yīng)用到橫向供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)研究成果。本文將業(yè)務(wù)流程管理技術(shù)與橫向、縱向供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理理論結(jié)合,應(yīng)用到房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)。 論文從命題的角度對(duì)橫向供應(yīng)鏈和縱向供應(yīng)鏈,供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同,項(xiàng)目前生命周期,業(yè)務(wù)流程管理和技術(shù)進(jìn)行了闡述。 在上述基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)房地產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行協(xié)同管理。管理思路為:在對(duì)未來(lái)某房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行建模和編排。房地產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)分析以橫向一體化供應(yīng)鏈作為理論基礎(chǔ),供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程的編排以縱向一體化供應(yīng)鏈為理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程建模軟件作為業(yè)務(wù)流程管理工具,通過(guò)數(shù)字化建模實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算機(jī)表示,再運(yùn)用流程編排將橫向供應(yīng)鏈和縱向供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行交叉,實(shí)現(xiàn)房地產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理。在供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程編排的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)房地產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程階段進(jìn)行劃分,對(duì)關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程中的組織,從橫向供應(yīng)鏈的角度進(jìn)行歸類分析,并分析各組織之間的信息交互。在整個(gè)協(xié)同思路中,都利用IBM的現(xiàn)代業(yè)務(wù)流程建模軟件作為管理工具。 論文以云南城市建設(shè)投資有限公司北市區(qū)醫(yī)院項(xiàng)目為例,將業(yè)務(wù)流程作為一種管理技術(shù),運(yùn)用到該實(shí)例企業(yè)的工程建設(shè)階段,通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)流程的模擬建模,對(duì)流程、組織資源進(jìn)行管理,,為房地產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理提供方法和手段。 最后,對(duì)全文做了總結(jié),對(duì)調(diào)研中存在的不足做了補(bǔ)充,對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程建模動(dòng)態(tài)分析方法的進(jìn)行了闡述,并提出了房地產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈未來(lái)發(fā)展的良好前景。
[Abstract]:Up to now, for the horizontal supply chain, the theoretical foundation of the vertical supply chain has been very perfect. Some achievements have been made in the research of supply chain synergy efficiency through various technologies and methods. However, in many studies, there is almost no effective technical method to combine horizontal and vertical supply chains. From the perspective of industry application, there is little research on the application of horizontal and vertical supply chain management to real estate industry. This paper combines the technology of business process management with the theory of horizontal and vertical supply chain and applies it to the real estate industry. From the propositional point of view, this paper expounds the horizontal and vertical supply chain, supply chain collaboration, pre-project life cycle, business process management and technology. On the basis of the above, the key business process of real estate supply chain is managed in collaboration. The management thought is: on the basis of analyzing the supply chain structure of a real estate project in the future, The real estate supply chain structure analysis is based on the horizontal integrated supply chain, and the supply chain business process arrangement is based on the vertical integrated supply chain. Using the business process modeling software as the business process management tool, the computer representation is realized through digital modeling, and then the horizontal supply chain and the vertical supply chain are intersected by the process arrangement. Based on the arrangement of the supply chain business process, the key business process stages of the real estate supply chain are divided, and the organization of the key business process is classified and analyzed from the perspective of horizontal supply chain. In the whole collaborative thinking, the modern business process modeling software of IBM is used as the management tool. Taking the hospital project of Yunnan Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. As an example, this paper takes the business process as a management technology and applies it to the engineering construction stage of the enterprise. The process is modeled by the simulation of the business process. Organize resources management to provide methods and means for real estate supply chain collaborative management. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, complements the deficiencies in the research, expounds the dynamic analysis method of business process modeling, and puts forward the good prospect of the future development of the real estate supply chain.
