【摘要】：回顧金融業(yè)產(chǎn)生發(fā)展歷史、分析金融業(yè)八大功能需求的存續(xù),本文認為在現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟社會歷史條件下,金融業(yè)會在相當長一段歷史時期繼續(xù)存在并發(fā)展。以剩余價值為基礎(chǔ),使用價值在時間維度上具有時間陳余的效應(yīng)。通過對陳余使用價值對應(yīng)物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)的理論分析,認為陳余使用價值的存在,是決定以銀行業(yè)為基礎(chǔ)的金融業(yè)繼續(xù)存在的理論基礎(chǔ)。最后針對金融與房地產(chǎn)等行業(yè)的關(guān)系和發(fā)展,本文認為金融業(yè)的未來會在生產(chǎn)力高度發(fā)達的條件下,發(fā)生實質(zhì)性的蛻變,簡化為信息服務(wù)業(yè)的一類。
[Abstract]:Looking back on the history of the development of the financial industry, and analyzing the existence of the eight major functional demands of the financial industry, this paper holds that under the existing economic and social historical conditions, the financial industry will continue to exist and develop in a long historical period, based on the surplus value, Based on the theoretical analysis of the corresponding material basis of the use value of Chen Yu, it is considered that the use value of Chen Yu exists. It is the theoretical basis for determining the continued existence of the banking industry. Finally, aiming at the relationship and development between finance and real estate industries, this paper holds that the future of the financial industry will undergo substantial transformation under the condition of highly developed productivity.
