【摘要】：正"政府救市了,房地產(chǎn)市場又要火了,房價又要漲上去了,您還打算買房嗎?"相信凡是之前給房地產(chǎn)中介留過電話的人,最近總能不止一次地收到這樣的"騷擾"電話。2014年9月30日,央行和銀監(jiān)會出臺的"房貸新政"好似給房地產(chǎn)市場注入一針強心劑,僅從內(nèi)容上看,這次的"救市政策"不僅超出了此前的市場預(yù)期,甚至比2008年的政策還要積極,表現(xiàn)在三個"最"上。一是,最優(yōu)惠的首套房貸款要求。對于貸款購買首套普通自住房的家庭,
