【摘要】：近年來,房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,帶動了以房地產(chǎn)項目為基礎(chǔ)的物業(yè)公司的迅速崛起與發(fā)展。與物業(yè)公司迅猛發(fā)展勢頭相比較而言,其內(nèi)部的財務(wù)管理暴露出財務(wù)管理人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)低、制度不完善等缺陷,極大地制約了物業(yè)公司的發(fā)展�；诖�,本文以提高物業(yè)公司財務(wù)管理工作的績效為根本的出發(fā)點和落腳點,對物業(yè)公司的概況進行了闡述;分析了物業(yè)公司在財務(wù)管理方面的不足之處;結(jié)合自身多年的實際工作經(jīng)驗和所掌握的理論知識,針對物業(yè)公司財務(wù)管理問題提出了相關(guān)的改進措施。以期能夠在提高物業(yè)公司財務(wù)管理工作績效的基礎(chǔ)上為物業(yè)公司實現(xiàn)更好的發(fā)展奉上一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the booming development of real estate enterprises has led to the rapid rise and development of property companies based on real estate projects. The internal financial management exposes the defects of the financial management personnel such as low quality of business, imperfect system and so on, which greatly restricts the development of the property company. In this paper, to improve the performance of the financial management of property companies as the fundamental starting point and foothold, the general situation of the property companies are described, the property companies in the financial management of the shortcomings of the analysis; Combining with years of practical work experience and theoretical knowledge, This paper puts forward some measures to improve the financial management of the property company in order to improve the performance of the financial management of the property company on the basis of which it can contribute to the better development of the property company.
