【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài),房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)已進(jìn)入了白銀時(shí)代。在激烈的競爭中,房企轉(zhuǎn)型改革成為了非常重要的問題,本文結(jié)合碧桂園的案例,分析了房企改革輕資產(chǎn)的運(yùn)營模式,具有一定的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
