【摘要】：近年來，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，國力不斷強(qiáng)盛，人民生活水平大幅提高，全國各地開始加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，特別是市政道路建設(shè)項目越來越多，規(guī)模也越來越大。市政道路工程往往能反映出一個城市的形象，其質(zhì)量既體現(xiàn)了一座城市的市容市貌，又關(guān)系著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展和人民生命財產(chǎn)的安全，因此市政工程建設(shè)的質(zhì)量問題是我們關(guān)注工程項目的重點。對此我國制訂了針對市政工程質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，并且對實施施工質(zhì)量管理也有了長期的規(guī)劃，但從現(xiàn)階段工程質(zhì)量管理過程來看，在施工中仍舊存在著一些質(zhì)量問題，因此對于市政工程質(zhì)量管理的研究具有很重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 市政工程往往與政府的形象掛鉤，很多地方政府只抓進(jìn)度，不管施工質(zhì)量，只看表面工程，不顧工程內(nèi)部質(zhì)量問題的現(xiàn)象同樣導(dǎo)致了市政工程質(zhì)量問題的層出不窮。相對于房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)來說，市政工程僅僅是一種形象工程，不能帶來豐厚的利潤，導(dǎo)致了市政工程質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展速度明顯慢于房地產(chǎn)工程。 本論文提出了一套適應(yīng)目前我國市政公用工程質(zhì)量管理的理論體系，基于總結(jié)分析國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于我國市政公用工程質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。并通過結(jié)合具體案例分析了濰坊市和平路道路改造工程，進(jìn)一步論證了該理論體系的可行性與可操縱性，為以后濰坊市市政公用工程項目的開展提供了施工質(zhì)量管理控制基礎(chǔ)，為我國市政公用工程項目質(zhì)量控制提出了一些見解。 本文主要是以濰坊市和平路項目工程為例，對市政工程建設(shè)過程中的質(zhì)量控制問題進(jìn)行深入的研究，以此為基礎(chǔ)上，提出了切實可行的方法，到最后總結(jié)出結(jié)論。市政道路工程質(zhì)量的定義，工程項目控制的過程和基本方法的逐一論述以及道路工程建設(shè)中最常出現(xiàn)的幾種問題及解決方法是建立在介紹文章選題背景、意義、國內(nèi)外研究主要概況以及和平路工程項目的基本情況和市政道路工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量控制理論基礎(chǔ)上的。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對濰坊市和平路工程項目進(jìn)行具體分析，，詳細(xì)介紹了施工過程中各個環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量控制措施，最后得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy and society have continued to develop rapidly, the national strength has been constantly strong, and the living standards of the people have been greatly improved. Throughout the country, more and more projects have been started to speed up infrastructure construction, especially the construction of municipal roads. Municipal road projects often reflect the image of a city, the quality of which not only reflects the appearance of a city, but also relates to the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and the safety of people's lives and property. Therefore, the quality of municipal engineering construction is the focus of our attention. For this reason, China has formulated relevant laws and regulations for municipal engineering quality management, and has a long-term plan for the implementation of construction quality management. However, there are still some quality problems in the construction from the view of the current engineering quality management process, so the research on the municipal engineering quality management has a very important practical significance. Municipal projects are often linked to the image of the government. Many local governments only pay attention to progress, regardless of the quality of construction, and only look at surface projects. The phenomenon of ignoring the internal quality problems of the project has also led to the endless emergence of the quality problems of municipal engineering. Compared with the real estate industry, municipal engineering is only a kind of image project, and it cannot bring huge profits. The development speed of quality management of municipal engineering is obviously slower than that of real estate engineering. This paper puts forward a set of theory system suitable for the quality management of municipal public works in our country. Based on the summary and analysis of domestic and foreign scholars' literature on quality management of municipal public works in China, this paper analyzes the road reconstruction project of Heping Road in Weifang by combining with specific cases, and further demonstrates the feasibility and maneuverability of the theoretical system. It provides the foundation of construction quality management and control for the development of Weifang municipal utility project in the future, and puts forward some opinions for the quality control of the municipal utility project in our country. Taking Weifang Heping Road Project as an example, this paper makes a deep study on the quality control problems in the process of municipal engineering construction, and puts forward some feasible methods. Finally, the conclusion is drawn. The definition of municipal road engineering quality, the process and basic methods of engineering project control, and the most common problems and solutions in road engineering construction are based on the background of the introduction of topic selection. The significance, the main research situation at home and abroad, the basic situation of Heping Road project and the theory of quality control of municipal road construction are discussed. On this basis, the concrete analysis of Weifang Heping Road Project is carried out. The quality control measures of each link in the construction process are introduced in detail, and finally the conclusion is drawn.
