【摘要】：本文翻譯項(xiàng)目的原文為菲爾·哈爾金斯（Phil Harkins）與基思·耗麗翰（KeithHollihan）合著的《人人皆贏》（Everybody Wins）第二章（Anybody Who Said “Yes”）。菲爾·哈爾金斯是聯(lián)動(dòng)企業(yè)的首席執(zhí)行官，是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培訓(xùn)的專家，他的作品不僅具有強(qiáng)大的號(hào)召力，而且邏輯清晰層次分明。該書講述瑞麥公司如何在房地產(chǎn)業(yè)界打造成功范例的背后故事和啟發(fā)，書中既有公司里發(fā)生的趣聞?shì)W事，也有經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)及哲理性總結(jié)，內(nèi)容豐富意義深遠(yuǎn)，對(duì)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)及其他行業(yè)的發(fā)展都有一定的影響力。筆者選譯的第二章的主要內(nèi)容是瑞麥公司總裁李尼格爾如何成立公司，如何形成公司早期管理層以及在此期間所收獲的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。文章語(yǔ)言豐富生動(dòng)，語(yǔ)態(tài)語(yǔ)式變換頻繁，故事性描述性都得到了充分的體現(xiàn)，給譯者的翻譯工作帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。 本次論文是基于翻譯實(shí)踐所做的翻譯報(bào)告，以歸化為主要的翻譯技巧，根據(jù)翻譯的“信達(dá)雅”靈活運(yùn)用了各種翻譯方法，使譯文更貼近譯入語(yǔ)讀者的文化通識(shí)和閱讀習(xí)慣。報(bào)告內(nèi)容主要分為四部分：第一：任務(wù)描述，包括材料來(lái)源以及對(duì)作家和作品的簡(jiǎn)單介紹。第二：翻譯過(guò)程，，包括譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過(guò)程和譯后審校。第三：案例分析，結(jié)合翻譯策略和具體案例對(duì)翻譯過(guò)程中的重難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析，包括翻譯過(guò)程中多種翻譯方法的應(yīng)用和舉例（主要有專有名詞的翻譯、四字短語(yǔ)的妙用、被動(dòng)句的翻譯、根據(jù)上下文的增譯、翻譯中的語(yǔ)序調(diào)整）。第四：翻譯體會(huì)，通過(guò)這次翻譯活動(dòng)譯者深刻的體會(huì)到翻譯工作的復(fù)雜性，明白成為一名合格的譯者不僅要具備相應(yīng)的素質(zhì)，而且需要大量的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)與豐富全面的理論支持。

Phil Halkins is chief executive officer of Linkage. An expert in leadership training, his work is not only powerful, but also logical. The book tells the story and inspiration behind how Rimco has built success stories in the real estate industry. The book contains anecdotes from companies, lessons learned and philosophic summaries, which are rich and meaningful. It includes the application and examples of various translation methods (mainly the translation of proper nouns, the use of four-character phrases, the translation of passive sentences and the enhancement of translation according to the context). Through the translator's profound understanding of the complexity of translation work, it is clear that to be a qualified translator, one should not only possess the corresponding qualities. And need a large number of practical activities and rich and comprehensive theoretical support.
