【摘要】:在激烈的市場競爭中,企業(yè)的競爭歸根到底是人才的競爭。企業(yè)只有通過人力資源來獲取和保持企業(yè)的核心競爭優(yōu)勢,提高企業(yè)績效,才能在激烈市場競爭中立于不敗之地?冃Ч芾硎且粋(gè)完整的系統(tǒng),它在人力資源管理中居于核心地位,關(guān)注的是員工績效的提高,,而員工績效的提高又是為組織績效實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)的,因此建立起一套科學(xué)有效的績效評價(jià)體系異常重要。 本文采用規(guī)范與實(shí)證相結(jié)合,定量與定性相結(jié)合的研究方法,在績效管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對FY房地產(chǎn)現(xiàn)有績效管理體系進(jìn)行剖析,找出了現(xiàn)有績效管理體系存在的主要問題,并結(jié)合企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,力求通過平衡計(jì)分卡,對戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)進(jìn)行逐級分解以提取關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)來構(gòu)建FY房地產(chǎn)的績效管理體系。這套體系在符合先進(jìn)的績效管理理念的基礎(chǔ)上,能解決FY房地產(chǎn)績效管理中存在的實(shí)際問題,為企業(yè)的業(yè)績增長和長期持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。論文的結(jié)尾,提出了FY房地產(chǎn)績效管理體系順利推行的幾點(diǎn)保障措施,使體系能最終較好的落地。 基于戰(zhàn)略的績效管理體系設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施,是企業(yè)管理手段的提高,這也需要在管理實(shí)踐中去不斷豐富和完善。本文從科學(xué)的、戰(zhàn)略的、切合實(shí)際、可操作性強(qiáng)的角度,通過對FY房地產(chǎn)績效管理體系的設(shè)計(jì)研究,目的是進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn)、分析和解決企業(yè)在績效管理中存在的問題,進(jìn)而改善企業(yè)經(jīng)營能力,提高企業(yè)核心競爭能力,以確保企業(yè)在行業(yè)中的競爭優(yōu)勢,也是試圖總結(jié)出一套適合國內(nèi)民營企業(yè)的,符合房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)特點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)方法與實(shí)施流程,以提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In the fierce market competition, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. Enterprises only through human resources to obtain and maintain the core competitive advantages of enterprises, improve enterprise performance. Performance management is a complete system, it occupies the core position in the human resource management, focusing on the improvement of employee performance. Therefore, it is very important to establish a set of scientific and effective performance evaluation system. Based on the theory of performance management, this paper analyzes the existing performance management system of FY real estate by combining normative and empirical, quantitative and qualitative research methods. Find out the main problems existing in the existing performance management system, and combined with the strategic planning of the enterprise, strive to pass the balanced scorecard. The strategic objectives are decomposed step by step to extract key performance indicators to construct the performance management system of FY real estate. This system is in line with the advanced concept of performance management. It can solve the practical problems in FY real estate performance management and lay the foundation for the growth of enterprise performance and long-term sustainable development. This paper puts forward some guarantee measures for the implementation of FY real estate performance management system, so that the system can fall to the ground. The design and implementation of performance management system based on strategy is the improvement of enterprise management means, which also needs to be enriched and perfected in management practice. Through the design of FY real estate performance management system, the purpose is to further find, analyze and solve the problems in performance management, and then improve the enterprise management ability. To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to ensure the competitive advantage of enterprises in the industry is also trying to sum up a set of design methods and implementation processes suitable for domestic private enterprises and in line with the characteristics of the real estate industry.
