【摘要】:研究企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的目的是為企業(yè)尋找未來(lái)的出路和發(fā)展方向。NX交建集團(tuán)是云南省省屬國(guó)有大型交通建筑企業(yè),經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍包括公路、水利水電、鐵路、礦山、市政工程建設(shè)及房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)等。企業(yè)在最近幾年中經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況不佳,無(wú)論是產(chǎn)值還是利潤(rùn)均處于下滑狀態(tài),為了企業(yè)的發(fā)展,需要對(duì)其未來(lái)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究和規(guī)劃。 本文前兩章闡述了企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的一般性理論概念,做了戰(zhàn)略理論的鋪墊,然后以理論為基礎(chǔ)認(rèn)真分析了XN交建集團(tuán)的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源能力,對(duì)XN交建集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略定位進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。最后,比較系統(tǒng)地研究了X N交建集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并提出了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施所必須的措施和提出了相關(guān)的建議。 本文以XN交建集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)實(shí)情況為背景,以分析了大量交通、建筑領(lǐng)域統(tǒng)計(jì)資料和企業(yè)內(nèi)部資料為基礎(chǔ),以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論為分析指導(dǎo)思想,分別運(yùn)用了波特五力分析,PEST分析,內(nèi)部因素和外部因素的評(píng)價(jià)矩陣,SWOT分析,企業(yè)大戰(zhàn)略矩陣,定量戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃分析矩陣等理論方法,為XN交建集團(tuán)制定出一個(gè)客觀和有一定可操作性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The purpose of studying the enterprise development strategy is to find the future outlet and development direction for the enterprise. NX Jiaojian Group is a large state-owned transportation and construction enterprise in Yunnan province. The business scope includes highway, water conservancy and hydropower, railway. Mining, municipal engineering construction and real estate development. In recent years, the operation of enterprises is not good, whether the output value or profits are in a state of decline, for the development of enterprises. The future development strategy needs to be studied and planned. The first two chapters of this paper elaborate the general theory concept of the enterprise development strategy, do the strategic theory, and then, based on the theory, analyze the external environment and the internal resource ability of XN Jiaojian Group seriously. Finally, the paper systematically studies the development strategy of XN Jiaotong Construction Group, and puts forward the necessary measures and relevant suggestions for the implementation of the strategy. Based on the development history and reality of XN Jiaojian Group, this paper analyzes a large number of traffic, construction field statistics and enterprise internal data, and takes the enterprise strategy theory as the guiding ideology. The author uses Porter's five-force analysis pest analysis, internal and external factors evaluation matrix SWOT analysis, enterprise large strategy matrix, quantitative strategic planning analysis matrix and other theoretical methods. To develop an objective and operational development strategy for XN Jiao Construction Group.
