【摘要】:隨著房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,房產(chǎn)交易量與日俱增。上海運(yùn)杰置業(yè)公司的業(yè)務(wù)也急劇增加,傳統(tǒng)辦公手段已經(jīng)跟不上公司發(fā)展的腳步。急需要一個(gè)適合運(yùn)杰公司的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)來(lái)替代現(xiàn)階段公司主要以人工和紙質(zhì)為主的辦公方式,本系統(tǒng)正是在這樣一個(gè)背景下進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)的。本文是在B/S模式下,利用ASP.NET平臺(tái)來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)選用的是SQLSever2005,開(kāi)發(fā)工具使用的是Visual Studio 2008。論文首先對(duì)課題背景進(jìn)行了闡述,接著對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)技術(shù)如.NET技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹,接著利用UML對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),再對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了如下幾個(gè)主要的功能模塊:個(gè)人工作管理模塊、人事管理模塊、公文管理模塊、交易管理模塊、系統(tǒng)管理模塊、信息提示模塊。最后經(jīng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時(shí)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)子模塊的功能相互協(xié)調(diào)基本適應(yīng)了運(yùn)杰房地產(chǎn)公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公的初步需要。目前該系己經(jīng)投入運(yùn)用,實(shí)踐證明了該辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,在很大程度上提高了行政辦公的效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the real estate industry, the volume of real estate transactions is increasing day by day, and the business of Shanghai Yunjie Real Estate Company has also increased sharply. The traditional office means can not keep up with the pace of the company's development. It is urgent to need a suitable office automation system to replace the current company mainly based on manual and paper office. This system is under such a background to develop and design. This paper is in the B / S mode. Using ASP.NET platform to design and implement. The database is SQLSever2005. Visual Studio 2008 is used as the development tool. Firstly, the background of the project is described, and then the related technologies of the development system such as. Net technology are introduced. Then the system needs analysis and system design using UML, and then the system is implemented. The system mainly realizes the following main functional modules: personal work management module, personnel management module. Document management module, transaction management module, system management module. The function of each sub-module of the system is coordinated with each other basically to meet the initial needs of Yunjie real estate company network office. At present, the system has been put into the project. Into use. The practice proves that the application of this office automation system improves the efficiency of administrative office to a great extent.
