【摘要】:中央經濟工作會議把房地產去庫存確定為2016年經濟工作五大任務之一,要求通過推進戶籍制度改革,加快農民工市民化,擴大有效需求,打通供需通道,消化庫存,穩(wěn)定房地產市場。為研究政策可行性,本文對溫州農民工1進城購房情況開展專項調查。問卷結果顯示:農民工進城購房需求旺盛,引導農民工進城購房去庫存有較大的政策空間。如果合理引導,消除約束性因素,將有利于消化城市特別是縣城的房地產庫存,促進城市化進程。
[Abstract]:The Central Economic work Conference identified the real estate destocking as the first of the five major economic work Ren Wuzhi in 2016, and demanded that the reform of the household registration system should be carried out to speed up the urbanization of migrant workers, expand effective demand, and open up the supply and demand channels. In order to study the feasibility of the policy, this paper carries out a special survey on the situation of Wenzhou migrant workers buying houses in cities. The results of the questionnaire show that there is a strong demand for migrant workers to buy houses in cities. There is a large policy space to guide migrant workers to purchase houses in cities. If reasonable guidance and elimination of binding factors will be helpful to digest the real estate inventory in cities especially in county towns and promote the urbanization process.
