【摘要】：正當(dāng)前房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的基本情況及潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)自2016年"9·30"調(diào)控以來(lái),隨著以2017年"3·17"調(diào)控為節(jié)點(diǎn)的一系列調(diào)控政策的陸續(xù)出臺(tái),目前房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)降溫明顯,成交量和需求出現(xiàn)明顯下滑,前期市場(chǎng)恐慌情緒得到抑制。"9·30"調(diào)控以來(lái)房地產(chǎn)基本情況2016年國(guó)慶節(jié)期間,熱點(diǎn)城市陸續(xù)進(jìn)行了限購(gòu)限貸調(diào)控,帶來(lái)了市場(chǎng)的降溫,二手房成交量出現(xiàn)較大幅度的下降。針對(duì)2017年春節(jié)后部分城市出現(xiàn)的
