【摘要】：正自2007年《物權(quán)法》施行起,國(guó)家對(duì)不動(dòng)產(chǎn)實(shí)施統(tǒng)一登記制度。房屋登記機(jī)構(gòu)依法將房屋權(quán)利和其他應(yīng)記載的事項(xiàng)予以登記。房地產(chǎn)登記檔案(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)登記檔案)就是登記機(jī)構(gòu)在房地產(chǎn)物權(quán)登記活動(dòng)中直接形成的對(duì)國(guó)家和社會(huì)有保存價(jià)值的各種形式的歷史記錄。它反映了房地產(chǎn)物權(quán)設(shè)立、變更、轉(zhuǎn)讓、消滅的情況,是城市建設(shè)和管理的基礎(chǔ),是房地產(chǎn)物權(quán)確認(rèn)的重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:It has been in force since 2007. The State implements a unified registration system for immovable property. Housing registration agencies shall register housing rights and other matters to be recorded according to law. Real Estate Registration Archives (hereinafter referred to as Registration Archives). Is the registration agency in real estate registration activities directly formed to the state and society have preservation value of various forms of historical records, it reflects the establishment of real estate. Change, transfer and elimination are the basis of urban construction and management, and the important basis of real estate real right confirmation.
