【摘要】：近年來,國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)市場異常火爆,電梯使用量迅速增加。針對電梯運行監(jiān)控和管理的需求,本文研究并設(shè)計了基于MCGS組態(tài)的電梯運行監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。 本文以對四層電梯的運行控制為基礎(chǔ),研究電梯運行監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與仿真,包括以PLC控制器為核心的控制系統(tǒng)編程,以MCGS組態(tài)軟件建立制作監(jiān)控畫面,以CC-LINK總線構(gòu)建群控電梯網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計,以變頻器為執(zhí)行器通過控制算法對電梯運行控制的探討。 通過設(shè)計研究可實現(xiàn)對四層電梯模型進(jìn)行組態(tài)實時監(jiān)控,并通過CC-LINK總線通訊方式實現(xiàn)組建網(wǎng)絡(luò)群控系統(tǒng),同時控制多個電梯模型的構(gòu)想,研究PID控制算法以實現(xiàn)變頻器控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動,以優(yōu)化電梯平穩(wěn)運行曲線。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic real estate market is very hot and the elevator usage is increasing rapidly. According to the demand of elevator operation monitoring and management, this paper studies and designs the elevator operation monitoring system based on MCGS configuration. Based on the operation control of the four-story elevator, this paper studies the design and simulation of the elevator operation monitoring system, including the programming of the control system based on the PLC controller. In this paper, MCGS configuration software is used to build monitor picture, CC-LINK bus is used to design group control elevator network, and inverter is used as executor to discuss elevator operation control. Through the design and research, the configuration real-time monitoring of the four-story elevator model can be realized, and the network group control system can be set up through the CC-LINK bus communication mode, and the concept of controlling multiple elevator models at the same time can be realized. The PID control algorithm is studied to realize the motor rotation controlled by frequency converter and to optimize the steady running curve of elevator.
