【摘要】：我國(guó)影子銀行有相當(dāng)部分資金流入了房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng),影子銀行對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的影響因此備受學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注。本文通過(guò)構(gòu)建SVAR模型檢驗(yàn)了我國(guó)影子銀行、房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)景氣程度之間的關(guān)系。實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),影子銀行通過(guò)金融創(chuàng)新一定程度上滿(mǎn)足了社會(huì)融資需求,對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)景氣度有積極推動(dòng)作用。但由于影子銀行的高利率會(huì)加重企業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)負(fù),其負(fù)向影響將會(huì)顯現(xiàn),對(duì)正向影響產(chǎn)生抵消作用。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證分析提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The influence of shadow banking on the real estate market has attracted much attention from the academic circles. This paper tests the shadow banking in China by constructing the SVAR model. The relationship between real estate market and macroeconomic prosperity. The empirical study found that shadow banking can meet the social financing needs to some extent through financial innovation. But because the high interest rate of shadow bank will increase the burden of enterprises, its negative impact will appear, and will counteract the positive impact. According to the empirical analysis, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
