【摘要】：正這個(gè)夏天,南京、杭州、蘇州、合肥、武漢、鄭州、上海等城市"地王"頻出,上海最瘋狂——8月18日一天連出三個(gè)地王。一些媒體驚呼,當(dāng)前核心城市的房地產(chǎn)和土地市場(chǎng),已經(jīng)成為大資本的游獵場(chǎng)。在當(dāng)前的國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下,房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)地王頻現(xiàn)是否還會(huì)繼續(xù)下去?房?jī)r(jià)飆升的趨勢(shì)還會(huì)繼續(xù)保持嗎?
