永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)的電子商務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:隨著internet的快速發(fā)展,中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用人群數(shù)量每年都在迅速增長,電子商務(wù)在中國發(fā)展迅猛,再加上第三方支付平臺及其支付安全性的完善,網(wǎng)上交易取得了快速的發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)成為當(dāng)今社會的一種時(shí)尚潮流。永春香產(chǎn)業(yè)是永春典型的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,目前已經(jīng)成為永春縣外貿(mào)出口的主要產(chǎn)品,但永春大多數(shù)香道企業(yè)屬于典型的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè),經(jīng)營模式效率低下,觀念落后,設(shè)備陳舊,很難做大做強(qiáng),因此香道產(chǎn)業(yè)亟待轉(zhuǎn)型。運(yùn)用電子商務(wù)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,有利于迅速把香道產(chǎn)業(yè)推廣到全世界的范圍,也有利于降低香道企業(yè)的運(yùn)營成本,提升利潤空間。本文主要研究的就是永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)的電子商務(wù)發(fā)展策略,通過對電子商務(wù)相關(guān)理論的概述和永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)及永春香道電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,找出永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)成長過程中存在的問題,提出一些建議。主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、實(shí)地考察法、案例研究法幾種研究方法。首先,對通過文獻(xiàn),對傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展模式,區(qū)域電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。然后,通過政府的官方數(shù)據(jù)以及行業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),分析目前永春傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,香道產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從中找到永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)用電子商務(wù)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型升級的可能性。通過到幾個(gè)企業(yè)的實(shí)地考察,看看這些企業(yè)目前的經(jīng)營過程中有哪些優(yōu)勢,又有遇到哪些問題,他們是如何應(yīng)對,從中獲得解決問題的思路,最后,從理論到實(shí)際,分析永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展策略,能夠?yàn)樾袠I(yè)創(chuàng)造更多的發(fā)展空間。在本論文中,主要利用了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的SWOT分析方法,對永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇、威脅進(jìn)行分析,找出適合永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的策略。永春香道產(chǎn)業(yè)的電子商務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,具有一定的借鑒意義,也為永春香道品牌的建設(shè)的進(jìn)一步提升提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of internet, the number of Internet users in China is growing rapidly every year. With the rapid development of e-commerce in China, coupled with the improvement of third-party payment platform and its payment security, online transactions have made rapid development. E-commerce has become a fashion trend in today's society. Yongchun incense industry is one of Yongchun's typical traditional industries, which has become the main product of Yongchun County's foreign trade export at present, but most Yongchun Xiangdao enterprises belong to typical traditional enterprises, the management mode is inefficient, the concept is backward, the equipment is old, so it is difficult to expand and strengthen, so Xiangdao industry needs to be transformed urgently. The use of electronic commerce for industrial upgrading is conducive to the rapid promotion of Xiangdao industry to the whole world, but also to reduce the operating costs of Xiangdao enterprises and enhance the profit space. This paper mainly studies the e-commerce development strategy of Yongchun Xiangdao industry. Through the overview of the related theories of electronic commerce and the analysis of the development status of Yongchun Xiangdao industry and Yongchun Xiangdao e-commerce, this paper finds out the problems existing in the process of Yongchun Xiangdao industry growth, and puts forward some suggestions. It mainly uses several research methods: literature research, statistical analysis, field investigation and case study. First of all, through the literature, the traditional industrial e-commerce development model, regional e-commerce industry development model, Yongchun Xiangdao industry development are studied. Then, through the official data of the government and the relevant data of the industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Yongchun traditional industry, the development status of Xiangdao industry and the development status of electronic commerce, and finds out the possibility of using electronic commerce to transform and upgrade the Yongchun Xiangdao industry. Through the field investigation to several enterprises, we can see what the advantages and problems these enterprises have in the current business process, how they deal with them, and how to get the train of thought to solve the problems. Finally, from theory to practice, the analysis of Yongchun Xiangdao industry e-commerce development strategy can create more development space for the industry. In this paper, we mainly use the SWOT analysis method in the development strategy to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of e-commerce in Yongchun Xiangdao industry, and find out the strategies suitable for the development of Yongchun Xiangdao industry. The research on e-commerce development strategy of Yongchun Xiangdao industry has important practical significance and certain reference significance, and also provides a reference for the further promotion of Yongchun Xiangdao brand construction.
