基于跨境電商的中小企業(yè)競爭力分析
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology, the application of Internet is becoming more and more extensive. In the current severe foreign trade situation of our country, the emergence of cross-border electronic commerce brings new opportunities for the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country to carry out international trade. Cross-border e-commerce breaks the traditional trade cost, low profit, long order period, the traditional trade cost is high, the profit is low, and the order period is long. The limitations of asymmetric information between businesses and customers greatly enhance the convenience of international trade in various countries. Cross-border e-commerce has a great impact on small and medium-sized enterprises in China in expanding brand awareness and expanding international market share. These factors are directly or indirectly affecting the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, in the current situation to study the competitiveness of SMEs should be combined with the impact of cross-border e-commerce. First of all, this paper describes the research background and significance of the paper, and domestic and foreign related fields of research have been analyzed and summarized, the related concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper have been introduced in detail. Secondly, the paper analyzes the status quo of the application of cross-border e-commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises from the aspects of development scale, trade environment, policy environment and so on. In the end, 75 SMEs were surveyed by questionnaire (telephone or email) to obtain the required data. Scholars over the years attributed the factors affecting SMEs to customer, information, technology, strategy, reputation, etc. Combined with the characteristics of cross-border ecommerce, this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the competitiveness of provinces and cities, and makes a quantitative analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of various provinces and cities by SPSS factor analysis. According to the results of the analysis, it is of great significance to find out the main factors influencing the development of cross-border electronic commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises, and to put forward some useful suggestions on how to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.
