我國第三方支付發(fā)展對商業(yè)銀行的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及和網(wǎng)絡購物的興起,我國電子商務也再以驚人的速度迅速發(fā)展并且逐漸滲透到人們的日常生活中,在2016年雙十一的當天,電商平臺成交額首次突破2000億元大關,僅天貓一家銷售額就創(chuàng)下了 1207億元的銷售記錄,再次掀起了一場全民購物潮,這和第三方支付的便捷性特點有著緊密的聯(lián)系。起初第三方支付只是促進電子商務的發(fā)展的一個工具,并沒有對其他金融機構產生影響,但隨著近幾年的快速發(fā)展,第三方支付并不僅僅只提供支付渠道,而是進一步擴展經營范圍,包括支付結算、投資理財、網(wǎng)絡信貸等等。第三方支付機構進一步促進了電子商務的發(fā)展,其自身也在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融中占有舉足輕重的地位,而且第三方支付所具備的靈活便捷的特點使得越來越多的人成為其客戶群體,受到眾多用戶的肯定。本文的研究對象是第三方支付行業(yè)和商業(yè)銀行,盡管商業(yè)銀行一直處于金融界的壟斷地位,但是其創(chuàng)新步伐較慢,依靠客戶資源優(yōu)勢卻沒有及時把握市場需求。而且起初第三方支付和商業(yè)銀行之間并沒有什么沖突,甚至幫助商業(yè)銀行開拓支付界面渠道,但是目前的第三方支付在一些業(yè)務方面已經和商業(yè)銀行重疊,第三方支付的改革創(chuàng)新不斷對商業(yè)銀行造成沖擊,這讓商業(yè)銀行不得不重視起來。要知道存貸款業(yè)務一直是商業(yè)銀行的核心業(yè)務,但是近幾年商業(yè)銀行的攬儲壓力倍增,其中重要的原因之一就是第三方支付機構的影響。不僅僅在存貸業(yè)務方面,在支付結算、代銷基金、分流客戶群等方面也給商業(yè)銀行造成了很大的壓力。但是商業(yè)銀行經過這么多年的發(fā)展也有著得天獨厚的優(yōu)勢,比如資金實力熊厚、客戶群龐大、風險性低等優(yōu)勢,所以商業(yè)銀行應該利用這些自身優(yōu)勢來積極應對第三方支付帶來的沖擊。而且商業(yè)銀行與第三方支付機構也需要借助對方的優(yōu)勢來取長補短,所以二者并不是完全的競爭對手,雙方可以加強合作從而達到共贏。這樣不但有利于商業(yè)銀行和第三方支付機構自身的發(fā)展,對整個支付市場的健康發(fā)展也有著積極的促進作用。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet and the rise of online shopping, e-commerce in China has developed at an astonishing speed and gradually penetrated into people's daily lives. The turnover of e-commerce platform broke through 200 billion yuan for the first time. Tmall alone set a sales record of 120.7 billion yuan, and set off a nationwide shopping boom again, which is closely related to the convenience of third-party payment. At first, third-party payment was only a tool to promote the development of electronic commerce and had no impact on other financial institutions, but with the rapid development of recent years, third-party payment did not just provide payment channels. But to further expand the scope of business, including payment and settlement, investment finance, network credit and so on. Third party payment organization has further promoted the development of electronic commerce, and it also plays an important role in the Internet finance. Moreover, due to the flexible and convenient characteristics of third party payment, more and more people become its customer group. By many users of the affirmation. The research object of this paper is the third-party payment industry and commercial banks. Although commercial banks have always been in the monopoly position in the financial field, the pace of innovation is slow, and they do not grasp the market demand in time by relying on the advantages of customer resources. And at first there was no conflict between third-party payments and commercial banks, and even helped commercial banks develop payment interface channels, but the current third-party payments already overlap with commercial banks in some areas of business. The reform and innovation of third-party payment constantly impact on commercial banks, which makes commercial banks have to attach importance to it. To know that deposit and loan business has always been the core business of commercial banks, but in recent years, commercial banks have increased the pressure of deposit-taking, one of the important reasons is the influence of third-party payment institutions. Not only in the business of deposit and loan, but also in the payment and settlement, the fund, the distribution of customers and other aspects of commercial banks have caused a lot of pressure. However, after so many years of development, commercial banks also have unique advantages, such as strong financial strength, large customer base, low risk, and so on. Therefore, commercial banks should take advantage of these advantages to actively deal with the impact of third-party payments. And commercial banks and third-party payment institutions also need to rely on each other's advantages to complement each other, so they are not completely competitors, both sides can strengthen cooperation to achieve win-win. This is not only conducive to the development of commercial banks and third-party payment institutions, but also plays an active role in promoting the healthy development of the whole payment market.
