【摘要】：人口較少民族整鄉(xiāng)幫扶和脫貧模式的調(diào)研和解讀,可為全國(guó)不同地區(qū),不同少數(shù)民族以借鑒和示范。木老元布朗族彝族鄉(xiāng)的美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)、生態(tài)補(bǔ)償政策、安居搬遷模式、生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)模式等具有鮮明的山區(qū)地方特色和因地制宜的特點(diǎn),其政府主導(dǎo)、多項(xiàng)目融合、企業(yè)或合作社為依托、貧困戶參與的經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及對(duì)培養(yǎng)貧困戶自力更生意識(shí)的重視,都是典型喀斯特山區(qū)少數(shù)民族貧困區(qū)整鄉(xiāng)脫貧的重要因素。適當(dāng)給予農(nóng)戶選擇自主性,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)戶專業(yè)化培訓(xùn),開拓融資渠道,創(chuàng)知名品牌,建設(shè)電子商務(wù)服務(wù)中心等,是進(jìn)一步穩(wěn)定脫貧的重要保障。
[Abstract]:The investigation and interpretation of the pattern of helping and eliminating poverty among the minority nationalities can be used for reference and demonstration in different regions and different ethnic groups of the country. The beautiful rural construction, ecological compensation policy, relocation mode and ecological industry model of Mullaoyuan Brown nationality Yi nationality Township have distinct local characteristics in mountainous areas and suit measures to local conditions. Depending on the enterprises or cooperatives, the experience of the poor households' participation, and the importance of cultivating the sense of self-reliance of the poor households, are the important factors to lift out of poverty in the poor minority areas of the typical karst mountainous areas. It is an important guarantee for further stability to help farmers to choose autonomy, strengthen farmers' specialized training, open up financing channels, create well-known brands, and build e-commerce service centers.
