【摘要】：智慧城市就是運(yùn)用信息和通信技術(shù)手段感測(cè)、分析、整合城市運(yùn)行核心系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵信息,從而對(duì)包括民生、環(huán)保、公共安全、城市服務(wù)、工商業(yè)活動(dòng)在內(nèi)的各種需求做出智能響應(yīng)。社區(qū)智慧化是城市智慧水平的集中體現(xiàn)。伴隨著電子商務(wù)的興起和人們網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物生活模式的形成,我國(guó)快遞量持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售已經(jīng)改變了市場(chǎng)格局,創(chuàng)建了新的商業(yè)模式,成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展引擎。面對(duì)這種局勢(shì),一方面我國(guó)快遞行業(yè)目前處于較為傳統(tǒng)的人工操作完成投遞派送階段,在快遞末端配送方面尤其顯得吃力,亟待開拓新的快遞末端配送模式來適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新局面。另一方面接收快遞也存在各種問題。為了解決快遞堵在最后一公里的問題,同時(shí)也是為了建立智慧社區(qū)末端物流配送新方案,智能快件自提箱應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。它為快件派送人員和普通用戶提供24小時(shí)快件自助提取郵寄服務(wù)。智能快件自提箱作為末端配送的重要補(bǔ)充有其得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)。智能快件自提箱在國(guó)外已經(jīng)運(yùn)營(yíng)的比較成熟,城市覆蓋率高,盈利點(diǎn)明確。但是,由于國(guó)內(nèi)智能快件箱還處在應(yīng)用的初級(jí)階段,在實(shí)際使用、布局規(guī)劃、運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)方面存在著諸多問題,需要結(jié)合實(shí)際情況分析研究解決方案�！霸O(shè)計(jì)事理學(xué)”系統(tǒng)方法論的本質(zhì)是為人類“創(chuàng)造更健康合理的生存方式”,這里的“合理”可以理解為“適合”、“適度”、“合情合理”。設(shè)計(jì)中的創(chuàng)新不是一味的追求高技術(shù),也不是不斷變換外觀追求奇特,我們要學(xué)會(huì)在一個(gè)體系中分析設(shè)計(jì)與科學(xué)、技術(shù)、藝術(shù)、文化、政治等各方面因素的關(guān)系,找到產(chǎn)品所要達(dá)到“目的”與實(shí)現(xiàn)“手段”之間的最佳契合點(diǎn)。論文以設(shè)計(jì)事理學(xué)為方法論指導(dǎo),以智能快件自提箱項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況、使用者生理及心理特性分析為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行智能快件自提箱硬件設(shè)計(jì)方法和策略的研究。確定智能快件箱設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)系統(tǒng),并重組解決問題的辦法。
[Abstract]:Smart City is to use information and communication technology to sense, analyze, and integrate the key information of the core system of urban operation, so as to provide information to people's livelihood, environmental protection, public safety, and urban services. Industrial and commercial activities, including various needs to make an intelligent response. Community intelligence is the concentrated embodiment of urban intelligence level. With the rise of electronic commerce and the formation of people's online shopping life mode, express delivery volume in China continues to grow at a high speed. The network sale has changed the market pattern, created the new business model, became the Chinese economy development engine. In the face of this situation, on the one hand, China's express delivery industry is currently in the stage of delivery and delivery by more traditional manual operation, which is particularly difficult in the distribution of express delivery terminals. It is urgent to develop a new delivery mode to adapt to the new situation of economic development. On the other hand, there are also problems in receiving express delivery. In order to solve the problem that express is blocked in the last kilometer, and also to establish a new plan of logistics distribution at the end of intelligent community, intelligent express self-carrying box emerges as the times require. It provides 24-hour self-service delivery service for couriers and ordinary users. As an important supplement of terminal distribution, intelligent express case has its unique advantages. Intelligent express luggage in foreign countries has been more mature, high coverage of the city, profit point is clear. However, due to the domestic intelligent express box is still in the primary stage of application, there are many problems in practical use, layout planning, operation and maintenance, so it is necessary to analyze and study the solution according to the actual situation. The essence of the systematic methodology of "design science" is to "create a more healthy and reasonable way of life" for human beings. The "rationality" here can be understood as "fit", "moderate" and "reasonable". Innovation in design is not just the pursuit of high technology, nor is it about constantly changing the appearance of the pursuit of strangeness. We must learn to analyze the relationship between design and scientific, technological, artistic, cultural, political and other factors in a system. Find the best fit between the end and the means to achieve the product. Under the guidance of the methodology of design science, based on the implementation of the intelligent express case project and the analysis of the physical and psychological characteristics of the user, the paper studies the hardware design method and strategy of the intelligent express case. Identify the target system for the intelligent express box design and reorganize the solution to the problem.
