【摘要】：正近年來,受國(guó)際政治不確定性和經(jīng)濟(jì)下滑以及能源、匯率、人力成本等因素影響,中國(guó)制造業(yè)成本上升過快,中國(guó)外貿(mào)正進(jìn)入低迷時(shí)期,外貿(mào)形勢(shì)不容樂觀,具體表現(xiàn)在:2013年出口告別了兩位數(shù)的增長(zhǎng),2015年和2016年連續(xù)兩年的進(jìn)出口總額呈現(xiàn)負(fù)增長(zhǎng)。在這種國(guó)內(nèi)外背景和狀態(tài)下,中國(guó)外貿(mào)領(lǐng)域卻出現(xiàn)了另一番"繁榮景色"——一跨境電商外貿(mào)不斷崛起,這種跨境電商的外貿(mào)商業(yè)模式常被媒介稱為"新式外貿(mào)電商平臺(tái)模式"(簡(jiǎn)
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of international political uncertainty and economic decline, as well as factors such as energy, exchange rate, labor costs, etc., China's manufacturing costs have risen too fast. China's foreign trade is entering a period of downturn, and the foreign trade situation is not optimistic. In 2013, exports took a break from double-digit growth, with total imports and exports showing negative growth for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016. Under such a domestic and foreign background and state, another "prosperous scene" has emerged in the field of foreign trade in China, that is, the rising of cross-border e-commerce foreign trade.
