基于ANP-DEA方法的電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的物流運(yùn)作形態(tài)最終將走向網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。所以合理有效的對(duì)企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)是企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的重要組成部分。在各種類型的企業(yè)中,電子商務(wù)企業(yè)對(duì)物流的依賴性較大,所以本文將針對(duì)電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)這一領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行研究。 本文首先通過對(duì)相關(guān)研究的回顧和總結(jié),明確了電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究的內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)。然后針對(duì)電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特性,從倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸配送、信息化水平、綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力四個(gè)維度進(jìn)行專家調(diào)研,構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。基于電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)價(jià)體系不同層次指標(biāo)間、同層次指標(biāo)組內(nèi)部元素存在相互影響、相互依賴的復(fù)雜關(guān)系及不同決策者的偏好,本文運(yùn)用了網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(ANP, Analytic Network Process)與數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法(DEA, Data Envelopment Analysis)相結(jié)合的評(píng)價(jià)方法,從主觀和客觀、整體效果和效率兩個(gè)角度對(duì)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),兩種方法的結(jié)合使用起到了相互補(bǔ)充、相互檢驗(yàn)的效果,使評(píng)價(jià)更加客觀、全面。同時(shí)應(yīng)用ANP軟件Super Decision和數(shù)學(xué)軟件Matlab進(jìn)行模型求解,增強(qiáng)了評(píng)價(jià)模型的實(shí)際操作性。最后,文章以某一B2C企業(yè)為例,詳細(xì)的描述了整個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)過程,證明了該方法的有效性和可行性,并提出電子商務(wù)企業(yè)提高自身物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效的途徑。
[Abstract]:With the development of network economy and information technology, the logistics operation pattern of enterprises will eventually move towards network structure. Therefore, reasonable and effective evaluation of enterprise logistics network performance is an important part of enterprise survival and development. Among the various types of enterprises, e-commerce enterprises rely heavily on logistics, so this paper will focus on the field of logistics network performance evaluation of e-commerce enterprises. Firstly, through reviewing and summarizing the related research, this paper clarifies the content and characteristics of the research on the performance evaluation of e-commerce enterprise logistics network. Then according to the characteristics of electronic commerce enterprise logistics network, from the storage, transportation and distribution, information level, comprehensive competitiveness of the four dimensions of expert research, building evaluation indicators. Based on the complex relationships between different levels of indicators, the internal elements of the same level index group, and the preferences of different decision makers, the evaluation system of logistics network of e-commerce enterprises is characterized by the complex relationship of mutual influence, mutual dependence and the preference of different decision makers. This paper uses the method of network analysis (ANP, Analytic Network Process) and data envelopment analysis (DEA, Data Envelopment Analysis) to evaluate the logistics network from subjective and objective, overall effect and efficiency. The combined use of the two methods can complement and test each other and make the evaluation more objective and comprehensive. At the same time, ANP software Super Decision and mathematical software Matlab are used to solve the model, which enhances the practical operation of the evaluation model. Finally, taking a B2C enterprise as an example, this paper describes the whole evaluation process in detail, proves the effectiveness and feasibility of this method, and puts forward a way for e-commerce enterprises to improve their logistics network performance.
