電子商務(wù)對(duì)省域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。電子商務(wù)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響機(jī)制是主要通過(guò)降低成本,促進(jìn)消費(fèi);擴(kuò)大投資和政府支出;增加進(jìn)出口,促進(jìn)國(guó)際貿(mào)易;催生新產(chǎn)業(yè),優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),增加就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。本文通過(guò)建立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系測(cè)算全國(guó)31個(gè)省域電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展水平,并引入電子商務(wù)改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)函數(shù),對(duì)電子商務(wù)與各省域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果表明電子商務(wù)對(duì)各省域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有促進(jìn)作用,但相對(duì)于資本和勞動(dòng)力的貢獻(xiàn)率來(lái)說(shuō)仍較小,且各地區(qū)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展水平不平衡,電子商務(wù)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)作用存在省際差異,電子商務(wù)對(duì)落后地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)作用高于發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)。為此應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮電子商務(wù)的引領(lǐng)作用,從各地發(fā)展的實(shí)際出發(fā)提出加強(qiáng)電子商務(wù)促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:E-commerce has become a new growth point of economy and has an important influence on the development of regional economy. The influence mechanism of electronic commerce on economic growth is mainly through reducing costs, promoting consumption, expanding investment and government expenditure, increasing import and export, promoting international trade, giving birth to new industries, optimizing industrial structure and increasing employment opportunities. By establishing an evaluation index system to estimate the development level of electronic commerce in 31 provinces of China and introducing electronic commerce to improve production function, this paper makes an empirical study on electronic commerce and economic growth in various provinces. The results show that E-commerce can promote the economic growth of various provinces, but the contribution rate of E-commerce is still relatively small compared with the capital and labor force, and the development level of E-commerce in different regions is not balanced, and there are inter-provincial differences in the effects of E-commerce on economic growth. E-commerce promotes economy of backward area higher than developed area. Therefore, we should give full play to the leading role of electronic commerce, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen electronic commerce to promote regional economic growth.
