【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和電子商務(wù)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多的用戶和服務(wù)參與到服務(wù)計算中,為用戶從海量服務(wù)中準(zhǔn)確選擇出真正符合用戶真實需求的服務(wù)變得日益重要。在服務(wù)選擇過程中,可信QoS的有效獲取作為一個重要環(huán)節(jié)正逐漸吸引著越來越多研究人員的注意。當(dāng)前大多可信QoS的求取研究并未結(jié)合需要選擇服務(wù)的目標(biāo)用戶的具體偏好開展,往往難以為該用戶提供符合其真實感觀的選擇依據(jù)。針對以上問題,本文主要基于目標(biāo)用戶偏好進(jìn)行可信QoS服務(wù)選擇方法的研究,首先引入服務(wù)多屬性評分和目標(biāo)用戶偏好,根據(jù)歷史用戶評分同主流評分的偏離度來衡量其相對于目標(biāo)用戶的可信任度,如果偏離度超過一定的閾值,該歷史用戶就會被記錄一次,當(dāng)被記錄的次數(shù)達(dá)到另一閾值時,將該歷史用戶剔除出去,如此迭代執(zhí)行,最終剩余用戶即是可提供可靠參考評價的可信用戶。然后,利用可信用戶的服務(wù)評價求取服務(wù)的基準(zhǔn)評價向量,基于服務(wù)的基準(zhǔn)評價向量同可信用戶評價向量進(jìn)行相似度計算以確定候選服務(wù)的綜合評價向量。接著求取可信用戶對候選服務(wù)的多屬性的滿意程度,再結(jié)合候選服務(wù)的綜合評價向量、目標(biāo)用戶偏好,確定候選服務(wù)的最終評分并選取評分值最高的服務(wù)返回給目標(biāo)用戶。本文通過應(yīng)用實例演示了方法的可用性,其有效性也通過仿真實驗得到了驗證。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Internet and e-commerce technology, more and more users and services participate in service computing. It is increasingly important for users to accurately select services that really meet the real needs of users. In the process of service selection, the effective acquisition of trusted QoS, as an important link, is attracting more and more researchers' attention. At present, most of the research on trusted QoS has not been carried out in combination with the specific preferences of the target users who need to select the services, and it is often difficult to provide the users with a basis for their selection in accordance with their true sense of feeling. In order to solve the above problems, this paper mainly studies the method of trusted QoS service selection based on target user preference. First, we introduce service multi-attribute score and target user preference. The degree of trust relative to the target user is measured by the bias between the historical user score and the mainstream score. If the deviation exceeds a certain threshold, the historical user is recorded once, when the number of times recorded reaches another threshold. If the historical user is removed and executed iteratively, the end residual user will be a trusted user who can provide reliable reference evaluation. Then, the benchmark evaluation vector of the service is obtained by using the service evaluation of trusted users, and the similarity calculation between the benchmark evaluation vector based on service and the evaluation vector of trusted user is carried out to determine the comprehensive evaluation vector of candidate service. Then the degree of satisfaction of trusted users to the multiple attributes of candidate services is obtained. Then combining the comprehensive evaluation vector of candidate services and the preference of target users the final score of candidate services is determined and the service with the highest score is selected to be returned to the target users. The availability of the method is demonstrated by an application example, and its validity is verified by simulation experiments.
