電子商務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的影響及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)作為一種新型的貿(mào)易方式,在當(dāng)前信息全球化和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的形式下,以其強(qiáng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和生命力,迅速蔓延到國(guó)際商務(wù)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,并對(duì)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的改變產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。電子商務(wù)是在計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和先進(jìn)的通訊技術(shù),改變以往傳統(tǒng)的實(shí)物買賣和現(xiàn)金交易,在一個(gè)虛擬化的市場(chǎng)中,通過(guò)網(wǎng)頁(yè)介紹商品,在網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行支付,利用先進(jìn)的物流系統(tǒng)配送物品來(lái)進(jìn)行有形和無(wú)形商品交易的一種新型的貿(mào)易方式。這種新型的交易方式顛覆了以往傳統(tǒng)的交易方式,使整個(gè)商務(wù)過(guò)程,不論是在國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易的應(yīng)用中,都實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物和交易的目標(biāo)。電子商務(wù)節(jié)省了國(guó)際貿(mào)易交易成本,提高了交易的效率,改變了對(duì)外貿(mào)易交易流程,發(fā)展了第三方交易平臺(tái),增加了企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力和創(chuàng)造了就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),對(duì)一國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易的各個(gè)方面和整體經(jīng)濟(jì)都產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。電子商務(wù)正在建立一種全新的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易秩序,原來(lái)已經(jīng)成熟的世界貿(mào)易體系和秩序正在被電子商務(wù)這一新興的貿(mào)易方式重新洗牌。我國(guó)作為目前世界進(jìn)出口總額排名第一的世界貿(mào)易大國(guó),如何在電子商務(wù)的浪潮下,迎難而上,抓住機(jī)遇,迎接挑戰(zhàn),如何充分應(yīng)用和擴(kuò)大電子商務(wù)給我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易和整體經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)的積極方面的影響,如何避免它帶來(lái)的消極方面的影響,怎樣及時(shí)的解決我國(guó)目前在電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,采取哪些措施才能快速的讓我國(guó)的電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的腳步跟上時(shí)代和世界的步伐,實(shí)現(xiàn)世界貿(mào)易強(qiáng)國(guó)的目標(biāo),是撰寫這篇論文的原因和目的。 本篇論文由緒論部分、正文3章和結(jié)論部分共5部分組成,以此分析電子商務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)外貿(mào)的影響和我們的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。第一章是緒論。這部分闡明論文選題的背景及選題的意義,為本論文寫作提供切入角度。然后對(duì)電子商務(wù)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行綜述,分析了電子商務(wù)理論依據(jù)中的交易成本、創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散和網(wǎng)絡(luò)外部性等經(jīng)典理論,同時(shí)探討了國(guó)內(nèi)外電子商務(wù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,指出其中可能存在的不足。之后介紹了本文的研究方法和結(jié)構(gòu)以及在研究方法上的創(chuàng)新和不足。第二章分析電子商務(wù)發(fā)展過(guò)程及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在這一部分闡述了電子商務(wù)的定義,詳盡描述電子商務(wù)起步和成長(zhǎng)歷程及目前在國(guó)際上的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,分析電子商務(wù)將來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。第三章細(xì)致深入的分析電子商務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)外貿(mào)行業(yè)的影響和存在的問(wèn)題。首先分析了電子商務(wù)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展歷程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)這一情況,結(jié)合S.Subba, GlennCarlo在2003年提出的電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用階段模型,例舉了三個(gè)典型中小型外貿(mào)企業(yè)應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)的案例,分析了電子商務(wù)給這三個(gè)外貿(mào)企業(yè)帶來(lái)的影響,進(jìn)而分析了電子商務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易造成的積極影響,同時(shí)也指出了在電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中我國(guó)面臨的問(wèn)題。第四章針對(duì)以上分析的電子商務(wù)的影響和問(wèn)題,分別從企業(yè)自身和外部環(huán)境兩個(gè)大的方面,提出了多條可行的對(duì)策和建議。最后做出結(jié)論,總結(jié)電子商務(wù)給我國(guó)和外貿(mào)企業(yè)同時(shí)帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),提出我們要抓住當(dāng)前良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)國(guó)目標(biāo)。 本文運(yùn)用定性和定量的研究方法,使用實(shí)證、規(guī)范分析和案例分析法,對(duì)近十年國(guó)內(nèi)外電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展情況建立數(shù)據(jù)模型進(jìn)行分析和預(yù)測(cè)并加以總結(jié),在運(yùn)用S.Subba,GlennCarlo提出的電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用階段理論模型分析實(shí)際案例的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)比、例證和推論等分析手段,對(duì)我國(guó)外貿(mào)行業(yè)應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)的情況進(jìn)行探究,總結(jié)出我國(guó)外貿(mào)企業(yè)應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)的階段和特點(diǎn)以及分析出哪些企業(yè)哪種商品更適合使用電子商務(wù)的交易方式,從而全方位闡述電子商務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易總體的積極影響和存在的問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分別從宏觀和微觀的視角提出了一些我國(guó)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:As a new kind of trade mode, electronic commerce has spread to various fields of international business with its powerful competitive advantage and vitality in the form of information globalization and economic globalization, and has a profound influence on the change of international economic pattern. Electric sub commerce is the rapid development and extensive of computer technology. On the basis of the application, using the Internet and advanced communication technology to change the traditional real business and cash transactions, in a virtual market, to introduce goods through web pages, pay on the Internet, and use advanced logistics systems to distribute goods for both tangible and intangible goods trading. The new trading mode subverts the traditional way of trading, making the whole business process, both in the application of domestic and foreign trade, to achieve the goal of online shopping and trading. E-commerce saves the cost of international trade transaction, improves the efficiency of trade, changes the trade flow of foreign trade, and develops the third party transaction. It has increased the competitiveness of enterprises and created employment opportunities. It has an important impact on all aspects of foreign trade and the overall economy of a country. Electronic commerce is building a new economic and trade order. The original mature world trade system and order is being reproduced by the new trade mode of electronic commerce. New shuffle. China, as the world's largest trade country in the world's total number of imports and exports, how to meet the challenges, how to fully apply and expand the impact of e-commerce to our foreign trade and the overall economy and how to avoid the negative aspects in the wave of electronic commerce, how to meet the challenges and meet the challenges under the tide of electronic commerce. How to solve the current problems in the field of electronic commerce in China and how to take measures to quickly make the pace of the development of e-commerce in our country keep up with the pace of the times and the world, to achieve the goal of the world trade power, and to write the reason and purpose of this paper.
This paper is composed of the introduction part, the 3 chapter of the text and the conclusion part, which is composed of 5 parts to analyze the impact of e-commerce on China's foreign trade and our coping strategies. The first chapter is the introduction. This part clarifies the background of the topic and the significance of the topic, and then provides a breakthrough point for this thesis. Then, the related theories of e-commerce are summarized. This paper analyzes the classical theory of transaction cost, innovation diffusion and network externality in the basis of e-commerce theory, and discusses the current research status of electronic commerce at home and abroad, and points out the possible deficiencies in it. Then it introduces the research method and structure of this paper and the innovation and deficiency in the research method. The second chapter analyses the electronics. Business development process and development trend. In this part, it expounds the definition of e-commerce, describes in detail the start and growth process of e-commerce and the current application status in the world, and analyzes the future trend of e-commerce in the future. The third chapter analyzes the impact of e-commerce on China's foreign trade industry and the existing problems. This paper analyzes the development and development status of e-commerce in China, and in view of this situation, combined with S.Subba and GlennCarlo's model of e-commerce application in 2003, exemplifies three typical cases of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to apply e-commerce, analyzes the impact of e-commerce on these three foreign trade enterprises, and then divides them into an analysis. This paper analyzes the positive impact of e-commerce on China's foreign trade, and points out the problems facing China in the course of the development of e-commerce. The fourth chapter puts forward several feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the two aspects of the enterprise itself and the external environment, aiming at the influence and problems of the above analysis. The conclusion is to summarize the opportunities and challenges that e-commerce brings to our country and foreign trade enterprises, and put forward that we should seize the present good opportunities for development and achieve the goal of a powerful country.
Using the qualitative and quantitative research methods, this paper uses empirical, normative analysis and case analysis method to analyze and forecast the data model of the development of e-commerce at home and abroad in the last ten years and summarize it. On the basis of the analysis of the actual cases by using the theoretical model of the S.Subba and GlennCarlo application phase of e-commerce, through the analysis of the actual cases, By comparing, illustrations and inferences, this paper probes into the application of electronic commerce in our foreign trade industry, summarizes the stages and characteristics of the application of e-commerce in our foreign trade enterprises, and analyses which kinds of enterprises are more suitable for the use of e-commerce, and expounds the full range of electronic commerce to our foreign trade. On the basis of macro and micro perspectives, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for developing e-commerce in China.
