電子商務(wù)對(duì)農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)影響機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展也進(jìn)入快車(chē)道,有效促進(jìn)了農(nóng)村產(chǎn)品和日用消費(fèi)品等的雙向流通,對(duì)農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)產(chǎn)生了十分重要的影響。其直接影響主要表現(xiàn)為改變農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu);減少供求矛盾,滿足消費(fèi)需求;推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融發(fā)展,促進(jìn)消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)等。其間接影響主要表現(xiàn)為改變傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售模式,促進(jìn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售;改變傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)方式,推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí);帶動(dòng)農(nóng)村創(chuàng)業(yè),吸引人口回流集聚;推動(dòng)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),促進(jìn)物流業(yè)與金融業(yè)發(fā)展。然而,由于農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)服務(wù)設(shè)施落后,農(nóng)民網(wǎng)購(gòu)認(rèn)識(shí)不足,農(nóng)村電商高素質(zhì)人才缺乏,農(nóng)村電商市場(chǎng)缺乏規(guī)范,農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展仍然需要克服很多困難。為更好地推動(dòng)我國(guó)農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展,必須兼顧基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、人才、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境等各個(gè)方面,一要加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè);二要增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民電商意識(shí),培養(yǎng)電商人才;三要加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo),尋找電商新模式;四要加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)治理體系,規(guī)范市場(chǎng)秩序。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of E-commerce in China, the development of E-commerce in rural areas has also entered the fast lane, which has effectively promoted the two-way circulation of rural products and consumer goods, and has had a very important impact on the consumption of rural residents.Its direct influence is mainly manifested in changing the consumption structure of rural residents, reducing the contradiction between supply and demand, satisfying consumption demand, promoting the development of network finance and promoting the growth of consumption, etc.Its indirect effects are mainly manifested in changing the traditional agricultural product marketing model and promoting agricultural product sales; changing the traditional mode of production and promoting the agricultural transformation and upgrading; promoting rural entrepreneurship and attracting the population to return to gather; promoting rural infrastructure construction.Promote the development of logistics and financial industry.However, due to the backwardness of rural e-commerce service facilities, the lack of farmers' understanding of online shopping, the lack of high-quality talents in rural e-commerce and the lack of standardization in rural e-commerce market, the development of rural e-commerce still needs to overcome a lot of difficulties.In order to promote the development of rural electronic commerce in our country, we must take into account all aspects such as infrastructure, talents, market environment and so on.Third, strengthen the guidance of the government to find a new model of e-commerce; fourth, strengthen the market governance system and standardize the market order.
