【摘要】：近年來,計(jì)算機(jī)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,管理信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在電子政務(wù)、電子商務(wù)、金融證券和電力通信等領(lǐng)域取得了廣泛的應(yīng)用,有效的提高了辦公自動化和信息化水平。本文首先詳細(xì)地分析了宜春市消防支隊(duì)財務(wù)預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目背景,歸納了財務(wù)預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了本文的研究內(nèi)容與主要工作,同時對宜春市消防支隊(duì)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了描述,并且介紹了消防支隊(duì)的財務(wù)預(yù)算管理業(yè)務(wù)和傳統(tǒng)財務(wù)預(yù)算管理業(yè)務(wù)流程,對其進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)流程再造,導(dǎo)出了預(yù)算編制、預(yù)算撥款、預(yù)算執(zhí)行、預(yù)算調(diào)整、預(yù)算結(jié)余管理和預(yù)算查詢等業(yè)務(wù)處理流程。其次,本文分析了消防支隊(duì)財務(wù)預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)涉及到的角色,并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了建模分析,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的總體用例圖、子用例圖和和用例描述,并給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和各子功能包圖,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能。然后,本文并對宜春市消防支隊(duì)財務(wù)預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,得到了系統(tǒng)的縮略類圖和實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,最后給出了數(shù)據(jù)庫表設(shè)計(jì),以便能夠?yàn)橄到y(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)一個功能強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)庫,確保系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)處理的性能。本文最后,對在宜春市消防支隊(duì)財務(wù)預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)研究方面所做的研究與分析工作的進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出了進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)與研究的工作方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of computer, Internet and information technology, management information system has been in e-government, e-commerce, financial securities and power communication has been widely used, and effectively improve the office automation and information level. Firstly, a detailed analysis of the Yichun city fire brigade financial budget management system project background and summarizes the current research and application of financial budget management system, summarizes the research contents of this paper and the main work at the same time, the organization structure of the Yichun city fire brigade were described, and introduce the business financial budget management of fire brigade and traditional financial budget management business process, the business process reengineering, budget the export preparation, budget, budget execution, budget adjustment and budget management, budget balance inquiries and other business processes. Secondly, this paper analyzes the fire Anti detachment financial budget management system relates to the role, and has carried on the system modeling and analysis, overall design of the system use case diagram, use case diagram and use case description, and gives the overall function of the system diagram and the sub function diagram, the system function. Then, the data on budget management Yichun city fire brigade financial system are analyzed, the abbreviation of class diagram and entity class diagram system, finally gives the database design, in order to design a powerful database system to ensure system performance, business processing and data processing. Finally, the research and analysis of the work done in Yichun city fire brigade financial budget management system research are summarized, and put forward the direction of improvement and further research.
