【摘要】：加速發(fā)展電子商務,是順應經濟全球化趨勢、促進地區(qū)經濟轉型升級的內在需要,也是優(yōu)化資源配置、推動產業(yè)供給側結構性改革,加快轉變產業(yè)發(fā)展方式,提升區(qū)域經濟實力的戰(zhàn)略舉措。本文以CII發(fā)布的電子商務發(fā)展指標體系為基礎,通過現狀調研與數據收集,創(chuàng)建電子商務發(fā)展水平測度模型,綜合應用因子分析和聚類分析方法深入分析我國電子商務發(fā)展水平。提出了電子商務物流基礎設施建設,推動中國沿海發(fā)達地區(qū)、中西部和東北地區(qū)的協(xié)調發(fā)展,加快經濟結構調整和升級,創(chuàng)新人才引進培育機制,突破產業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,提升城市電子商務發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ认嚓P對策建議,為促進我國電子商務產業(yè)跨越式發(fā)展、構建"互聯(lián)網+"產業(yè)體系和新生態(tài)經濟打下堅實的基礎。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the development of electronic commerce is the internal need to adapt to the trend of economic globalization and promote the regional economic transformation and upgrading. It is also necessary to optimize the allocation of resources, promote the structural reform on the supply side of the industry, and accelerate the transformation of the mode of industrial development. Based on the index system of electronic commerce issued by CII, this paper establishes the model of measuring the level of development of electronic commerce through current situation investigation and data collection. The comprehensive application of factor analysis and cluster analysis is used to analyze the level of e-commerce development in China. The paper puts forward the construction of e-commerce logistics infrastructure to promote the coordinated development of the developed coastal areas, the central and western regions and the northeast of China. To accelerate the adjustment and upgrading of economic structure, to introduce and cultivate talents, to break through the bottleneck of industrial development, and to promote the development potential of urban electronic commerce, so as to promote the leap-forward development of e-commerce industry in China. The construction of the "Internet" industrial system and the new ecological economy lay a solid foundation.
