【摘要】：新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度是關(guān)系到國(guó)計(jì)民生的一項(xiàng)重要的社會(huì)保障制度，直接關(guān)系到廣大農(nóng)民群眾的切身利益和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度在我國(guó)建立之初是不完善的，在執(zhí)行的過程中肯定會(huì)出現(xiàn)一系列的問題。由于各國(guó)的國(guó)情不同，我國(guó)在新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度的發(fā)展過程中有著自己的特色和問題，所以我們要在借鑒國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，從自身的特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，在行進(jìn)中進(jìn)行改革，積極探索適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的農(nóng)村醫(yī)保模式。 晉城市新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度從2003年正式啟動(dòng)，其運(yùn)行和完善有著重要的意義。但在發(fā)展的過程中也出現(xiàn)了一些問題，暴露了一些缺點(diǎn)，這就說(shuō)明晉城市目前的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度還需要努力完善和加以規(guī)范。本文深入剖析了目前晉城市的農(nóng)村居民合作醫(yī)療制度的運(yùn)行情況，并且通過了近幾年的數(shù)據(jù)比較，，總結(jié)了自2003年以來(lái)，晉城市農(nóng)村居民醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)取得的成績(jī)和存在的問題，為改進(jìn)晉城市農(nóng)村居民的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)狀況提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The new rural cooperative medical system is an important social security system related to the national economy and people's livelihood, which is directly related to the vital interests of the broad masses of farmers and social stability. The new rural cooperative medical system is not perfect at the beginning of the establishment of our country, and a series of problems will certainly appear in the process of implementation. Because of the different national conditions of various countries, our country has its own characteristics and problems in the development of the new rural cooperative medical system, so on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of foreign countries, starting from our own characteristics, we should carry out reform in the course of progress. Actively explore the rural medical insurance model suitable for the national conditions of our country. The new rural cooperative medical system in Jincheng City was officially launched in 2003, and its operation and perfection are of great significance. However, in the process of development, there are also some problems and exposed some shortcomings, which indicates that the current medical insurance system in Jincheng City still needs to be improved and standardized. This paper deeply analyzes the operation of the cooperative medical system for rural residents in Jincheng City, and through the comparison of the data in recent years, summarizes the achievements and existing problems of the medical insurance for rural residents in Jincheng City since 2003. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the medical insurance situation of rural residents in Jincheng City.
