商業(yè)車險(xiǎn)市場化改革背景下的我國車聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:As the most important part of the property insurance market, car insurance has a great market influence. In June 2015, China launched the pilot work Plan to deepen the Reform of Commercial vehicle Insurance Clause rate Management system, which was first launched in six pilot areas. It expanded to 18 areas in January 2016 and gradually spread to the whole country. After the reform, the rate determination of insurance companies in the pilot area is more scientific, the ability of risk identification has been improved to a certain extent, the scope of insurance protection has been expanded, the supply of products has been enriched, the overall premium for car insurance has been reduced, and the interests of consumers have been enhanced. However, there are still many problems unsolved: after the car reform, the insurance is not small, the fine management of customers has not been strengthened, the competition in the industry has intensified, and it is more difficult for small and medium-sized property insurance companies to operate; Insurance company disaster prevention and damage prevention ability is still weak, car insurance claims have not been effectively improved. At present, it has entered the era of Internet big data. The development of vehicle network insurance with the help of vehicle networking technology can effectively solve many problems in vehicle insurance management, and plays an important role in promoting the improvement of vehicle insurance management. At the same time, with the promotion of the marketization reform of commercial car insurance, the independent management right of automobile insurance company will be expanded, which provides a good opportunity for the development of vehicle network insurance. Under this background, How to promote the innovation and upgrading of automobile insurance business in China has become a prominent problem with important research value. Based on the market-oriented reform of commercial car insurance, this paper focuses on the development of vehicle network insurance in China. First of all, this paper introduces the new characteristics of the development of the automobile insurance market in China, and points out some main problems existing in the traditional automobile insurance management. Then it analyzes the marketization reform of commercial car insurance in China, explains some problems in the improvement of vehicle insurance management after the reform, and points out some problems that have not yet been effectively solved. Then it introduces the concept and theory of vehicle network insurance, expounds the necessity of developing vehicle network insurance in China, and analyzes its feasibility from the technical point of view, market point of view and policy point of view. The main problems in the development of vehicle network insurance are pointed out. Finally, drawing lessons from the practical experience of American forward Insurance Company, State Agricultural Insurance Company, British CoverBox United Insurance Company, Insure the Box Insurance Company and Korea SK Group, combined with the national conditions of our country, This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of automobile network insurance in China.
