【摘要】：正今年以來,為適應統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)保體系和推進醫(yī)療體制改革需要,山東省東營市在全省率先將新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療和城鎮(zhèn)居民醫(yī)療保險進行了制度并軌,建立了統(tǒng)一的城鄉(xiāng)居民醫(yī)療保險制度,全市所有新農(nóng)合參保人員和城鎮(zhèn)居民參保人員打破城鄉(xiāng)界限,全部轉(zhuǎn)為城鄉(xiāng)居民醫(yī)療保險,享受統(tǒng)一的參保、報銷政策待遇。
