互聯(lián)網(wǎng)車險(xiǎn)UBI產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:車險(xiǎn)作為財(cái)險(xiǎn)最重要的險(xiǎn)種,其保費(fèi)定價(jià)不合理,詬病已久。商業(yè)車險(xiǎn)改革恰好啟動(dòng),利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)采集和分析駕駛數(shù)據(jù),可以更加合理的定價(jià)車險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)。根據(jù)駕駛行為和駕駛環(huán)境等因素定價(jià)車險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)的UBI(Usage Based Insurance)產(chǎn)品,已經(jīng)成為車險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的下一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)。本文分析了傳統(tǒng)車險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)的弊端,結(jié)合汽車電子化的深入和車聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的普及,依據(jù)車險(xiǎn)改革意見,參考國(guó)外優(yōu)秀的UBI產(chǎn)品案例,提出基于駕駛行為和駕駛環(huán)境的三階段UBI產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)理念。采用行駛里程數(shù)、違章次數(shù)、超過(guò)120km/h行駛時(shí)間、急加速次數(shù)和夜間行駛時(shí)間這五個(gè)維度的數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用遺傳算法優(yōu)化的模糊控制器來(lái)估算UBI定價(jià)的因子,并且結(jié)合出險(xiǎn)次數(shù)來(lái)對(duì)估算的因子進(jìn)行合理性分析。本文設(shè)計(jì)的UBI產(chǎn)品綜合考慮了"人,車和環(huán)境"的因素,是更加客觀和市場(chǎng)化的一款車險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品。UBI產(chǎn)品不僅可以幫助保險(xiǎn)公司篩選優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶,提供差異化的服務(wù),最終提高盈利能力,而且還能降低駕駛規(guī)范的客戶的保費(fèi),培養(yǎng)客戶良好的駕駛行為和習(xí)慣。UBI的順勢(shì)提出,必將顛覆車險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)行機(jī)制,為科技公司,車企和險(xiǎn)企等帶來(lái)新的機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:As the most important kind of insurance, the insurance premium pricing is not reasonable, and the disease is long-established. The reform of the commercial vehicle insurance is just started, and the driving data can be collected and analyzed by using the Internet technology, and the insurance premium of the vehicle can be more reasonable. The UBI (UBI) product, which is based on the driving behavior and driving environment, has become the next hot point in the market competition. In this paper, the disadvantages of the traditional car insurance premium are analyzed, and the design idea of the three-stage UBI product based on the driving behavior and the driving environment is put forward based on the vehicle insurance reform opinion, referring to the overseas excellent UBI product case, according to the vehicle insurance reform opinion and referring to the overseas excellent UBI product case. The factors of UBI pricing are estimated by the fuzzy controller, which is optimized by the genetic algorithm, and the estimated factors are analyzed in combination with the number of risks. The UBI product designed in this paper comprehensively considers the factors of the "People, vehicles and the environment" and is a more objective and market-oriented vehicle insurance product. The UBI product can not only help the insurance company to screen high-quality customers, provide differentiated services, ultimately improve profitability, but also reduce the premium of the customers driving the specifications and train the customers with good driving behavior and habits. UBI's homeopathy will subvert the current mechanism of the car insurance market and bring new opportunities to the technology company, the car-owned enterprise and the insurance company.
