【摘要】：正我國農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)特別是政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)需要有一個(gè)健全的大災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度,而這個(gè)題目已經(jīng)通過《農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)條例》原則性地提出來了,期望盡快破題新近頒布的《農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)條例》,正式提出了建立大災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散機(jī)制的重要問題。提出和關(guān)注這個(gè)問題盡管已經(jīng)有好幾年了,但是它的重要意義還是需要進(jìn)一步討論,具體操作層面的問
[Abstract]:China's agricultural insurance, especially policy-oriented agricultural insurance, needs a sound disaster risk management system, and this topic has been put forward in principle through the Agricultural Insurance regulations. It is expected that the newly promulgated Agricultural Insurance regulations will be solved as soon as possible, and the important problem of establishing the dispersion mechanism of catastrophe risk is formally put forward. Although this issue has been raised and paid attention to for several years, its significance still needs to be further discussed, at the specific operational level.
