AB保險(xiǎn)投資公司員工培訓(xùn)機(jī)制的優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. High-quality talents can make enterprises in an invincible position in the fierce competition, the economic benefits of "talent" investment far outweigh the investment of material capital. For this purpose, the author discusses how to improve the training mechanism of AB Insurance Investment Company. Through the analysis of the existing training mechanism of the company, the problems in the training work are found out, and then the training mechanism of the company is re-designed for reference to the excellent training experience of other enterprises, and the training effect is analyzed. Through the collection, collation and analysis of the company's human resources and training materials, find out the deficiencies in the training work, including: the training mechanism is not perfect; the training organization division of labor is not clear enough; the guarantee work is not in place; The management and implementation of the training system need to be improved; the training curriculum system is not reasonable and so on. Through drawing lessons from the training experience of excellent enterprises at home and abroad, combining with the relevant theories and methods of training, the training objectives of "specialized training for all staff" and "constructing learning organization to gradually improve the market competitiveness of all employees" have been formulated for the company. On the basis of this goal, the training mechanism of the company is optimized: re-design the training mechanism from three aspects: training management system, training guarantee system and training course system, and analyze the training needs according to the actual situation of the company. Evaluation system, training incentive system, training courses and other specific aspects of analysis and design. Through the improvement of the training mechanism, the overall training consciousness of the company has been enhanced, a good cultural atmosphere has been gradually formed, the sense of belonging of the employees, the sense of responsibility for the work and the level of professional ability have been further improved, and the training work has achieved some achievements. However, in the training needs analysis, there are still a lot of problems to be improved and perfected in the concrete operation, the author will also further study in the future work.
