【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障需求是農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)制度研究的重要組成部分。通過(guò)分析實(shí)地調(diào)查得到的數(shù)據(jù),在農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)移意愿和支付意愿兩方面發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障需求明顯。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,農(nóng)民對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知程度、農(nóng)民文化程度顯著影響農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的保障需求。發(fā)揮政府在農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)制度中的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)影響農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障需求的非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,改善農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)供給基礎(chǔ),有助于建立有效的農(nóng)業(yè)巨災(zāi)保險(xiǎn)制度。
[Abstract]:Agricultural catastrophe risk protection demand is an important part of agricultural catastrophe insurance system research. By analyzing the data obtained from the field investigation, it is found that farmers' demand for agricultural catastrophe risk protection is obvious in the two aspects of farmers' willingness to transfer and their willingness to pay. The empirical results show that farmers' awareness of agricultural catastrophe risk and farmers' education level significantly affect the demand for protection of agricultural catastrophe risk. Giving full play to the unique advantages of the government in the agricultural catastrophe insurance system and improving the supply basis of agricultural catastrophe risk by influencing the non-economic factors of the agricultural catastrophe risk protection demand will help to establish an effective agricultural catastrophe insurance system.
