我國中外資保險公司核心競爭力比較研究

【摘要】:近年來,中國保險市場逐步拓展對外開放的深度和廣度,外資保險公司大規(guī)模進駐我國,中外資保險公司之間的競爭程度愈發(fā)激烈,競爭的市場環(huán)境日趨公平?陀^來看,外資保險公司的擴張雖然給民族保險業(yè)造成了威脅,但同時也帶來了先進的管理理念和運作方式。中資保險公司在明確自身相對于外資公司優(yōu)劣勢的前提下,以影響保險公司核心競爭力的各方面因素為依據(jù),有效分析在核心競爭力方面的優(yōu)點和不足之處,借鑒外資保險公司在中國保險市場成功經(jīng)營的有效經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合中國保險市場的實際需求和現(xiàn)實條件,才能做到有針對性地培育和發(fā)展核心競爭力。 本文對保險公司核心競爭力的內(nèi)涵進行界定,選取中外資大型保險公司和中小新興保險公司各10家作為我國保險市場的標桿公司,依據(jù)核心競爭力的內(nèi)外部影響因素以及中外資保險公司在我國保險市場經(jīng)營發(fā)展的實際情況,建立保險公司核心競爭力的評價指標體系,應用聚類分析法、主成分分析法和因子分析法,得出了各保險公司在發(fā)展、規(guī)模、穩(wěn)定、營運因子以及綜合評價上的得分與排名,并對實證結(jié)果進行了詳細分析,以期為中資保險公司找到有效提升核心競爭力的途徑和民族保險業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展提供理論和實踐上的意見和建議。本文認為,中資保險公司培育和發(fā)展核心競爭力可以從以下幾點切入:提倡保險創(chuàng)新,優(yōu)化兩核技術;擴大資本規(guī)模,增強償付能力;注重人才培養(yǎng),完善企業(yè)文化;提高保險資金使用率,強化品牌建設。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's insurance market has gradually expanded the depth and breadth of opening to the outside world, foreign insurance companies are stationed in China on a large scale, the competition between Chinese and foreign insurance companies is becoming more and more fierce, and the competitive market environment is becoming more and more fair. Objectively, although the expansion of foreign insurance companies has posed a threat to the national insurance industry, it has also brought advanced management concepts and operation methods. On the premise of defining the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese insurance companies in comparison with foreign companies, and based on the factors affecting the core competitiveness of insurance companies, the advantages and disadvantages of the core competitiveness of Chinese insurance companies are analyzed effectively. Only by referring to the effective experience of successful operation of foreign insurance companies in Chinese insurance market and combining with the actual demand and practical conditions of China's insurance market can we cultivate and develop the core competitiveness in a targeted way. This paper defines the connotation of the core competitiveness of insurance companies, and selects 10 large insurance companies and 10 small and medium-sized emerging insurance companies each as the benchmark companies in our insurance market. According to the internal and external factors of core competence and the actual situation of the management and development of Chinese and foreign insurance companies in China's insurance market, the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of insurance companies is established, and the cluster analysis method is applied. Principal component Analysis (PCA) and Factor Analysis (FEA) have obtained the scores and rankings of the insurance companies in terms of development, scale, stability, operational factors and comprehensive evaluation, and analyzed the empirical results in detail. In order to find an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese insurance companies and the healthy and rapid development of the national insurance industry to provide theoretical and practical advice. This paper holds that the cultivation and development of core competitiveness of Chinese insurance companies can be carried out from the following aspects: advocating insurance innovation, optimizing the two nuclear technologies, expanding the scale of capital, enhancing solvency, paying attention to the cultivation of talents and perfecting the corporate culture; Improve the use of insurance funds, strengthen brand building.
