太保財(cái)險(xiǎn)陜西分公司人力資源管理優(yōu)化方案研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國金融市場(chǎng)的不斷開放,外資保險(xiǎn)大量進(jìn)入,國內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)主體日益增加,這使得我國保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈。國內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)公司只有不斷加強(qiáng)自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的建設(shè),才能在如此激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下立于不敗之地。人力資源是組成核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力生產(chǎn)要素中最關(guān)鍵、最具能動(dòng)性的因素,保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)是人力資源密集型的金融服務(wù)行業(yè),如何建立一批結(jié)構(gòu)合理、高素質(zhì)的人才隊(duì)伍,并且能夠最大限度地發(fā)揮這些人才的能力和替力,提高整個(gè)保險(xiǎn)公司人力資源管理水平,已成為保險(xiǎn)公司需首要考慮的問題。中國太平洋財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)股份有限公司陜西分公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱太保財(cái)險(xiǎn)陜西分公司)是中國太平洋財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)股份有限公司在陜西省設(shè)立的分支機(jī)構(gòu),在新的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,太保財(cái)險(xiǎn)陜西分公司如何吸引人才、留住人才、培養(yǎng)人才、用好人才,如何優(yōu)化公司人力資源管理機(jī)制,是其亟待解決的問題。 本論文首先闡述了人力資源管理的基礎(chǔ)理論,綜述了人力資源管理的國內(nèi)外研究狀況;然后,通過對(duì)太保財(cái)險(xiǎn)陜西分公司人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,查找存在的問題,分析具體原因;同時(shí),根據(jù)公司人力資源管理存在的問題,有對(duì)性地提出了太保財(cái)險(xiǎn)陜西分公司人力資源管理優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,并指出該方案實(shí)施的具體措施,即:重塑人力資源管理理念、制訂新的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、優(yōu)化人才隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè)、打造特色企業(yè)文化等五個(gè)方面。 經(jīng)研究認(rèn)為,此方案實(shí)施有助于公司走出當(dāng)前的人力資源管理困境,同時(shí)對(duì)建立太保財(cái)險(xiǎn)陜西分公司人力資源管理長效機(jī)制及推動(dòng)公司的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展有著重要的研究意義和一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous opening of China's financial market, a large number of foreign insurance into the domestic insurance market is increasing, which makes the insurance industry in China more competitive. Only by constantly strengthening the construction of its core competence can domestic insurance companies remain invincible in such a fierce competitive environment. Human resource is the most important and active factor in the production factor of the core competence. Insurance industry is a financial service industry with intensive human resources. How to build a group of qualified personnel with reasonable structure and high quality, And to maximize the ability and ability of these talents, improve the level of human resources management of the insurance company, has become the insurance company need to consider the first issue. China Pacific property Insurance Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Branch (hereinafter referred to as Taibao property Insurance Shaanxi Branch) is a branch of China Pacific property Insurance Co., Ltd. established in Shaanxi Province. Under the new market environment, How to attract, retain, train and make good use of talents and how to optimize the human resource management mechanism of Taibao property Insurance Shaanxi Branch is an urgent problem to be solved. At first, this paper expounds the basic theory of human resource management, and summarizes the research situation of human resource management at home and abroad. Then, through the analysis of the current situation of human resources management of Taibao property Insurance Shaanxi Branch, find out the existing problems, analyze the specific reasons; At the same time, according to the problems existing in human resource management of the company, this paper puts forward the optimized design scheme of the human resource management of Taibao property Insurance Shaanxi Branch, and points out the concrete measures to implement the scheme, that is, to reshape the concept of human resource management. This paper makes a new strategic plan of human resources, optimizes the structure of talent team, strengthens the system construction, and builds the characteristic enterprise culture. It is believed that the implementation of this scheme will help the company to get out of the current predicament of human resources management. At the same time, it has important research significance and certain reference value to establish the long-term mechanism of human resource management and promote the long-term development of the company.
