【摘要】：正近年來(lái),安徽省淮北市不斷加大城鎮(zhèn)基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)付費(fèi)方式改革力度,積極探索"總額預(yù)算、彈性結(jié)算、按病種付費(fèi)"的復(fù)合型費(fèi)用結(jié)算方式,為控制醫(yī)藥費(fèi)用不合理增長(zhǎng)和保障基金安全等發(fā)揮了重要作用�？傤~預(yù)付控制。通過總額控制,有效控制醫(yī)院任意擴(kuò)大服務(wù)項(xiàng)目、增加住院天數(shù)和病人數(shù)量,遏制醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)追求經(jīng)濟(jì)利益最大化的行為,促使醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)積極控制醫(yī)療消費(fèi)。
