【摘要】：基于對福建省龍巖和漳州兩地區(qū)795個樣本農(nóng)戶的入戶訪談,通過問卷調(diào)查法和統(tǒng)計分析法,調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)福建省廣闊的耕地面積、專業(yè)化作物種植和特殊地理區(qū)位引致的氣象災(zāi)害為農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場開拓奠定了現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。統(tǒng)計發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)戶普遍認(rèn)為自然災(zāi)害發(fā)生頻繁和災(zāi)后損失嚴(yán)重,生產(chǎn)實踐中除了農(nóng)戶自身積累的風(fēng)險防御措施之外,農(nóng)業(yè)保險逐漸成為農(nóng)戶規(guī)避風(fēng)險的重要手段之一,絕大多數(shù)農(nóng)戶對農(nóng)業(yè)保險產(chǎn)品需求強烈,并表現(xiàn)出多元化和新型化需求趨勢,同時研究得出農(nóng)業(yè)保險市場缺失是導(dǎo)致農(nóng)戶未購買農(nóng)業(yè)保險的重要原因。據(jù)以上研究結(jié)論提出了擴大農(nóng)業(yè)保險覆蓋面、開發(fā)多樣化農(nóng)業(yè)保險產(chǎn)品以及建立規(guī)范的農(nóng)業(yè)保險制度等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the household interviews of 795 sample farmers in Longyan and Zhangzhou areas of Fujian Province, and through the method of questionnaire and statistical analysis, it is found that Fujian Province has a vast cultivated land area. The meteorological disasters caused by specialized crop planting and special geographical location lay a realistic foundation for the development of agricultural insurance market. Statistics show that farmers generally think that natural disasters occur frequently and losses after disasters are serious. In production practice, in addition to the risk prevention measures accumulated by farmers themselves, agricultural insurance has gradually become one of the important means for farmers to avoid risks. The majority of farmers have a strong demand for agricultural insurance products and show a trend of diversification and new-type demand. At the same time, the lack of agricultural insurance market is an important reason for farmers not to buy agricultural insurance. According to the above conclusions, some policy suggestions are put forward, such as expanding the coverage of agricultural insurance, developing diversified agricultural insurance products and establishing a standardized agricultural insurance system.
