【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,研究工程造價咨詢執(zhí)業(yè)保險對工程造價咨詢行業(yè)具有重大創(chuàng)新意義。通過構(gòu)建工程造價咨詢執(zhí)業(yè)保險市場的演化博弈模型,探索該執(zhí)業(yè)保險市場的均衡演化規(guī)律以及揭示各影響因素對保險市場均衡的作用效果,為建立完善工程造價咨詢執(zhí)業(yè)保險制度提供了一系列建議:建立健全工程造價咨詢行業(yè)市場信用評價體系,適當提高工程造價咨詢公司信譽超支的懲罰力度;創(chuàng)造條件解決工程造價咨詢公司投保難、投保成本高,以及保險公司經(jīng)營費用成本等問題;積極引導(dǎo)保險公司主動建立專門的風(fēng)險控制機制,尤其預(yù)防工程造價咨詢公司的道德風(fēng)險;深入探索工程造價咨詢執(zhí)業(yè)保險政策支撐體系建設(shè),在給予工程造價咨詢公司業(yè)務(wù)競爭優(yōu)勢及保險公司稅收優(yōu)惠上優(yōu)先試行。
[Abstract]:At present, the research of engineering cost consulting insurance is of great significance to the engineering cost consulting industry. By constructing the evolutionary game model of engineering cost consulting practice insurance market, this paper probes into the law of equilibrium evolution of the practice insurance market and reveals the effect of various influencing factors on the equilibrium of insurance market. It provides a series of suggestions for establishing and perfecting the system of engineering cost consulting practice insurance: establishing and perfecting the market credit evaluation system of engineering cost consulting industry and appropriately increasing the penalty of overspending on the reputation of engineering cost consulting company; Create the conditions to solve the project cost consulting company insurance difficult, insurance costs, and insurance companies operating costs and other issues; Actively guide insurance companies to take the initiative to establish a special risk control mechanism, especially to prevent the moral hazard of engineering cost consulting companies; This paper probes into the construction of the policy support system of engineering cost consulting and practicing insurance policy, and gives priority to the construction cost consulting companies in giving them the competitive advantage of business and preferential taxation for insurance companies.
