【摘要】：運(yùn)用一般均衡模型,對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)籌資模式進(jìn)行研究,提出實(shí)行社會(huì)統(tǒng)籌與個(gè)人賬戶相結(jié)合的部分積累制籌資模式,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)者個(gè)人效用最大化,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤(rùn)最大化的最優(yōu)籌資方案,從而為農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度的建立與實(shí)施提供理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:By using the general equilibrium model, this paper studies the financing mode of rural social endowment insurance in China, and puts forward that the combination of social planning and personal account can maximize the individual utility of rural laborers. The optimal financing scheme of maximization of rural economic profit provides theoretical basis for the establishment and implementation of rural social endowment insurance system.
