ZK保險(xiǎn)支公司營銷員培訓(xùn)體系的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來,保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)獲得了飛速發(fā)展的同時(shí),競爭也越來越激烈。保險(xiǎn)公司的制勝關(guān)鍵是人,保險(xiǎn)公司之間的競爭有賴于人才的競爭。營銷員在保險(xiǎn)公司屬于一線員工的范疇,他們的素質(zhì)高低,他們的學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)弱,他們的自我管理能力以及知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的提升都會(huì)直接影響到企業(yè)的業(yè)績。因此,在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的背景下,如何使?fàn)I銷員培訓(xùn)更合理更科學(xué)對保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)取得更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義,構(gòu)建科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)體系,優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)方案,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的核心競爭力構(gòu)建將成為保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。 本文首先通過資料收集法了解ZK保險(xiǎn)支公司企業(yè)概況和營銷員培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀,然后通過問卷調(diào)查法發(fā)現(xiàn)該公司在營銷員培訓(xùn)工作中存在的問題,并對存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入訪談,分析問題存在的原因,最后基于員工培訓(xùn)體系的相關(guān)理論及調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)的實(shí)際問題與原因?qū)K保險(xiǎn)支公司的營銷員培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。 通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),ZK保險(xiǎn)支公司雖然在人力資源開發(fā)方面做了頗多具有成效的工作,但是在營銷人員的培訓(xùn)方面,還存在員工培訓(xùn)需求未被滿足;培訓(xùn)對實(shí)際工作幫助不大;培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容與支公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略不匹配等問題,造成這些問題的原因主要是培訓(xùn)組織機(jī)構(gòu)人員過少、培訓(xùn)流程不完整、培訓(xùn)講師技能不足、培訓(xùn)形式單一、培訓(xùn)時(shí)間安排不合理、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容刻板、培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)只關(guān)注短期效益等。為了解決這些問題,本文從ZK支公司實(shí)際出發(fā)結(jié)合相關(guān)培訓(xùn)理論知識(shí)對該公司營銷員培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),并提出了實(shí)施要?jiǎng)t與保障措施,為ZK保險(xiǎn)支公司的營銷員培訓(xùn)提供了有力的參考和借鑒。希望本文進(jìn)行的實(shí)例分析,可以幫助國內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)了解其基層營銷員的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀,為其構(gòu)建更為合理的營銷員培訓(xùn)體系提供參考,同時(shí),也為地市級(jí)的保險(xiǎn)支公司改進(jìn)其員工培訓(xùn)工作中存在的問題提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of insurance industry, the competition is becoming more and more fierce. The key to the success of insurance companies is people, and the competition between insurance companies depends on the competition of talents. Marketers in insurance companies belong to the category of first-line employees, their quality, their learning ability, their self-management ability and the promotion of knowledge structure will directly affect the performance of the enterprise. Therefore, under the background of knowledge economy, how to make marketers' training more reasonable and scientific is of great significance for insurance enterprises to obtain better economic development. To promote the construction of core competence will become an important content of human resources development in insurance enterprises. This article first through the data collection method to understand the ZK insurance branch company enterprise general situation and the marketer training present situation, then through the questionnaire survey method discovered this company in the sale member training work existence question, and has carried on the thorough interview to the existence question, Finally, based on the related theory of employee training system and the actual problems and reasons found in the investigation, the author optimizes the design of the marketer training system of ZK insurance branch company. Through the research, it is found that ZK Insurance Company has done a lot of effective work in human resource development, but in the training of marketing personnel, the training needs of employees have not been met, the training is not helpful to the actual work. The main causes of these problems are too few personnel in training organization, incomplete training process, insufficient training instructor skills, single training form, unreasonable training time arrangement, etc. The training content is rigid, the training goal only pays attention to the short-term benefit and so on. In order to solve these problems, this paper optimizes the design of marketers' training system based on the actual situation of ZK Branch Company, and puts forward the implementation requirements and safeguard measures. For the ZK insurance branch company marketers training to provide a strong reference and reference. It is hoped that the case study in this paper can help domestic insurance enterprises to understand the current training situation of their grass-roots marketers, and to provide a reference for them to build a more reasonable training system for marketers, at the same time, It also provides reference for prefectural insurance companies to improve their staff training.
