【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)政策改革是美國(guó)2014年新農(nóng)業(yè)法案中的重要議題。美國(guó)通過(guò)增加保險(xiǎn)品種、提高保險(xiǎn)金額、擴(kuò)大保險(xiǎn)覆蓋面等多種措施構(gòu)建更為健全、更能適應(yīng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展新要求的農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)體系,以此鞏固和擴(kuò)大美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。本文在分析了美國(guó)2014年新農(nóng)業(yè)法案中農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)政策改革的背景、主要特征、改革動(dòng)向及政策意義的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)實(shí)踐及現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展新趨向,提出我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)政策改革的建議。
[Abstract]:The reform of agricultural insurance policy is an important issue in the new agricultural legislation of the United States of America in 2014. By increasing the variety of insurance, increasing the amount of insurance, expanding the coverage of insurance and other measures, the United States constructs a more perfect agricultural insurance system, which can better meet the new requirements of agricultural development, so as to consolidate and expand the advantages of American agriculture. On the basis of analyzing the background, main characteristics, reform trend and policy significance of the agricultural insurance policy reform in the New Agriculture Act of the United States of America in 2014, this paper combines the agricultural insurance practice of our country and the new trend of the development of modern agriculture. Put forward our country agriculture insurance policy reform suggestion.
